Great location, (SUPER close) if you're traveling to Sandusky for Cedar Point (like we did) The price point was amazing for 4 days 3 nights. The unit itself was just so nice, clean and relaxing! Definitely recommend if you're traveling to the area!!

The only detractor in my book is the lack of windows in the bedrooms. It also would have been nice to have 2 keys

Thanks for the review! There is a lockbox for the key. If there are more than one group needing access, you simply provide them with the lockbox code. In regard to the window or lack of, that is something you can see when looking at the pictures before booking :)

The fridge was malfunctioning our entire stay. It kept food cold, but it leaked all over floor and inside, coating our food with water. Every time we opened the fridge, we had to wipe water from the floor and from our food. We immediately let them know, and they responded that someone would be there the next day….but they never did. We were told they came when we were gone, but since we weren’t there (we had a soccer tournament and were at the fields most of the day) there was nothing they could do. When I asked for a small refund for the inconvenience, I was told no. This is unacceptable.

The guests reached out via text to let me know the fridge was leaking from the freezer. I explained we had just returned from a family vacation and would have it looked at first thing in the morning. She assured me the freezer and fridge were working properly but that we may want to check it, so it did not further damage the floor. I had the owner report to the property first thing in the morning and the guests were gone. We DO NOT under any circumstance enter a unit when the guest is not present. During their stay there was no mention of any food being damaged or that it was so much water that it was a major inconvenience to the guests. The messages that were sent stated "everything else was great". After the guests checked out, they text me requesting to be refunded $250.00 for having to wipe off their food and put towels down in front of the refrigerator. I advised her that I would not issue a $250.00 refund but that I would waive a cleaning fee should they stay with us in the future. The guest continued to text me demanding a refund. The nightly rate paid was $155 for 3 nights... I do not agree that $250.00 is a "small refund". RENTERS BEWARE!!

Family Vacation for Dance Comp and Cedar Point

So much more roomy than a hotel room! When staying for a week of dance and Cedar Point trips, this is a great location and price!

The place was great for our family and convenient for our trip to Cedar Point. Google maps directed us to the wrong location a couple doors down, but the owner responded immediately and gave us guidance to get to the correct spot. We would stay again!

Perfect for a weekend getaway...

Met all of our lodging needs, extremely clean and well kept. The view left a little to be desired and we never did find the hot tub, but overall a nice weekend in Sandusky.

Great location for Cedar Point!

Inside was just beautiful. Neat and clean. Just a very short drive to Cedar point. We enjoyed our stay! Will stay again as we have season passes for next year!

The place was very clean, very spacious, and easily accessible! It was a great sized kitchen and well stocked! The couch fit all 5 of us comfortably and the beds were very comfortable!
