Park the car and forget it because most everything is within walking distance when you're on the boardwalk. This amazing end unit 1st floor condo has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms (sheets, pillowcases and towels are NOT provided) and was recently remodeled and furnished. The new windows and doors block most noise from the boardwalk when closed so you can sleep soundly even in the middle of the day. NEW king size bed in the primary bedroom! NEW remodeled kitchen and new stainless steel appliances! Large island with quartz countertops. Extremely functional and stocked kitchen to prepare a full meal and a dining area that accommodates 7 guests plus a living room area with streaming (Roku and YouTubeTV and several other apps) and free high speed internet. The porch is perfect for people watching and incredible sunrises! Also included are a NEW washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, private outdoor pool and outdoor shower (located behind the building), one parking space, beach chairs (4), beach umbrella (1) and sand toys for the kids. Enjoy boardwalk fireworks from our balcony every Monday June - August. NEW Bayside Park Recreation complex is 1.5 blocks from our condo. This park features a playground, pickleball courts, basketball courts and a skate park! This rental is the one you'll want to come back to year after year! Sorry, NO Pets per association rules. Did we mention that Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins is right next door?! And Shenanigan's restaurant is located towards the far end of our building!
