Parking was great! Location was so convenient, and the host provided extra amenities and was generous to us. We even checked in an hour early. Tenant? Extremely calm. 10/10 would book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Newport Beach Vrbo! The location was perfect—just across Pacific Coast Highway from the beach, making it incredibly easy to walk over and enjoy the ocean anytime.The home itself was bright, airy, and very clean, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. Check-in was simple and seamless, which we really appreciated after traveling.One of our favorite touches was the availability of bikes and all the beach essentials—it made getting out and enjoying the area effortless and fun. We also absolutely loved the patio; it was such a great space to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.Overall, this place had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

It was in a great area- super close to the beach so that was really nice! We also loved being able to ride the bikes on the bike path which was just across the street! It was a fun week!!

Great Beach House Location in Newport Beach

Our stay at the Happy Beach House was wonderful. The house is in a wonderful location. All you have to do is cross Pacific Coast Highway and you are on the beach. The Lido Deck, Newport Pier, and Balboa are all no more than 1.5 to 2 miles away. I loved that this part of Newport is less crowded, but close to all the spots you may want to visit easily. The house is set-up with mostly everything you need. There are liquor stores, restaurants, and a wonderful coffee shop all within walking distance. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. We loved having two decks! Thank you!

Great location to the beach. I LOVED that there were bikes and boards to use but had a hard time finding where they were in the garage. The unit itself was a bit dilapidated, smoke detector would not stop going off and 2 of them were off the wall. I let the host know and never received the batteries that were promised. The neighbor downstairs was a great help when I bumped into him while moving about the property. He showed me where the bikes were, Unfortunately we had already rented 3 bikes. He also showed me where in the garage the extra batteries were on our last day. The shower drain cover in the master bathroom was also slipping away from the hole and would have been pretty painfull had I not kept close eye on it.

Hi, Shannon. I'm so sorry not everything worked out as you expected. That being said, a simple phone call is all you had to do make instead of sitting on something and leaving a 3 star review. The bikes were in the only possible spot in the garage which was also in the check-in instructions! Regardless, no need to go through the hassle of renting a bike when you could have just message me! Yes it's unfortunate the batteries went out on a smoke alarm but that is also a quick remedy. I told you to check the closet for batteries and if not let me know so I could get the tenant to give you some. Thanks for letting me know about the drain cover, we will address that. Again, sorry for any inconvenience it was to you, but pretty disappointed you left a three star review for things that were easily taken care of/pointed out already.

We really appreciated the location, it’s clean, so close to the beaches and restaurants. Lots of space in the condo. Making some simple additions to upgrade the back porch area will make it even better. Cushions on front porch deck furniture would be awesome too. Communication with the host was great, he got right back with me if I had a question. Downstairs neighbor is pretty cool, nice guy!

Wonderful, two great decks, 2/10 mile across PCH to fabulous Newport Beach which goes forever

Beach cruisers for the win!

We had a great vacation. The host was wonderful to work with. Our favorite thing had to be the beach cruisers. So fun! Also loved lounging in the beach chairs. So nice everything was provided and ready for us. Thank you!!

Location, cleanliness, style of the place and great communication with the owner- all things combined made our stay enjoyable. Place is cozy, kitchen functional- I sincerely recommend the place!

Beach Happy

The property location to the beach was good. There was beach access right across PCH and we were a couple miles from the pier. The house is right off PCH, which is noisy. There were plenty of little coffee shops/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was not the cleanest and the refrigerator definitely needs to be replaced. The bathrooms need updating. The patios are nice, but again definitely need a good rinse down and the cushions need to be cleaned off. It was extremely nice to have a garage with enough parking space for two cars.

Nice rental property with a great location.

This rental property will not disappoint. We loved how close it was to the beach and it is a short bike ride (bikes provided) to the pier and shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed hanging out on both of the patios. The property owner was also very quick to respond to our questions. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our vacation and definitely look forward to returning.

Weekend getaway

Me and a few friends stayed here for a little vacation over the weekend. The house was so nice and in such a great location. Everything was so easy to check in and check out. Overall the whole experience was a 10/10 would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

Great Location

It was wonderful to be so close to the beach and biking lanes and to be able to walk to fun cafes and dining venues. The rooftop area is great to relax and enjoy the sun.

Weekend away for Teachers

This was a great trip to a very clean, comfortable, and spacious house near the beach. The beach was a two minute walking distance, we used the house bikes for an evening ride to Huntington Beach, and sat out on the sunny porch to watch the gorgeous sunset. The living-room and kitchen has lots of seating. We had 5 adults and we had plenty of room. A lot of good food in the area including a cute coffee shop/ market next to the house. Great wifi for anyone who maybe works virtually. Would highly recommend!
