N'a d'exceptionnelle que la piscine

Propriété bien située, près de la plage et de quelques commerces, piscine agréable. Cependant, les lieux ne sont pas entretenus (climatisation non fonctionnelle, des pommeaux de douche non fonctionnel ou défaillants, plusieurs prises électriques non fonctionnelles, pas de télé) sans compter l'extérieur (on a dû alerter pour faire retirer un coffre extérieur démantelé, et un "barbecue" sale et dégradé)...et quelques autres détails (plaque de cuisson au four noire de graisses brulées, sanitaire qui coule, housses de draps tachées...) Heureusement qu'il y a la mer et le soleil...Très cher payé pour la prestation.
