Centrally located peaceful modern farmhouse (3bd/2ba)

This modern farmhouse is extremely centrally located between downtown and north Berkeley. Within a half a mile are a Bart station, Trader Joe's, the Gourmet Ghetto and its amenities including the Cheeseboard, Safeway's and the post office, the list goes on. Campus is 3/4 miles away.

In case you do need to drive, there is an off street parking spot available behind the house. It comes fully furnished with linens, kitchen amenities and everything else you need for your stay.

Great management

The property was clean and comfortable. The property manager (Sunny) made a Herculean effort to make sure our stay was perfect. I would rent any VRBO property from her.
