You’ll love this new 3BR/3BA Park City townhome, located in a quiet area with beautiful mountain views and built with relaxation and comfort in mind.
It’s an easy 10-minute drive to downtown Park City, Deer Valley Resort, and Park City Mountain Resorts. It’s just 30 minutes to Salt Lake City and 45 minutes to the SLC International Airport so, makes it really easy to get here.
Enjoy two living areas, brand-new finishes throughout, and a large master suite with an attached outdoor patio with a private hot tub framed with mountain views.
The setup of this house makes it ideal for combined groups and families—there are multiple living areas and bedrooms and bathroom on two levels.
On the main floor, stunning mountain views fraddme the open-concept living area. Couches are arranged around a gas fireplace with a 65” TV for entertainment in the evenings. Step out onto the balcony to find a grill and outdoor dining set for four.
The indoor dining table also seats six, and there’s seating for four more at the breakfast bar. Everything in the fully equipped kitchen is brand new including the stainless steel Jenn-Air appliances and granite countertops.
There is a full size washer and dryer next to kitchen.
Downstairs, the family room is a great spot to curl up on the couch or huge bean bag and watch the 55” TV. The downstairs family room includes a queen size sofa bed and loveseat.
A spacious master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, and 43” TV. Enjoy a large tub, walk in shower, and granite dual vanity in the en-suite bathroom.
One guest bedroom has two twin beds, and the second master downstairs has a queen bed, dresser and a 43” TV.
There are two more full bathrooms, one on the lower level and one on the upper level.
Skiers can take their pick of slopes from this prime location. It’s equal distance from Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Mountain—just 10 minutes’ drive to each.
Downtown Park City is 5 miles away, with restaurants, ski shops, boutiques, galleries, and more to explore. Park City Golf Course is 6 miles away and open to the public.
The Jordanelle Lake State Park is only 10 minutes away for boating and waterskiing in the summer.
Walking trails are located behind the property for spring and summertime morning strolls. And explore the many nearby hiking and mountain biking trails. Take an electric bike from our condo to the Jordanelle Parkway bike path all the way into Main St. Park City.

Gorgeous home, stellar views!

We had a great time in Park City for our ski trip. The house was immaculate and had great views off the deck. Communication was fantastic, location was prime, and the neighborhood was quiet. Highly recommend!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay - the home was well laid out, spacious, and comfortable. Pros: Plenty of room, washer/dryer, hot tub, downstairs den, towels, view, and internet. Cons: No access to garage (snowed majority of week so frequently had to clear off and around car), access to hot-tub was only through my daughter's bedroom so no morning and evening access, condiments in kitchen were wanting (basically just salt/pepper), coffee maker had grinds in basket and needed thorough cleaning before use (looked like it sat there for a while in this condition), rod in downstairs bathroom was jury-rigged and fell apart into the tub and cut my shin when I gently lifted the towel to dry off, grill on porch appeared old and was difficult to control flame & heat, no grill utensils so had to use Teflon spatula, key to enter house was in old lock box at foot level so awkward to get at and was frozen when we attempted to put key back (so had to leave on kitchen table), water in hot--tub was very low so had to add 30 gallons with hose. Overall, I would generally give a property like this 5-stars but, given the issues, I felt 3-stars was more accurate. Had we had garage access, I would have given the property 4-stars. Note: Owner communicated well during our trip and was very polite.

Park City Ski Trip

The accommodations at this property were excellent. Everything was as advertised or better and the location was incredibly convenient to both the Canyons, Park City Mountain as well as downtown Park City. Easy access to shuttle services which were super easy and convenient. The property was very clean, very spacious and had all of the items we needed for a great week. We have stayed at several spots in the Park City area and this is one of the best.

2024 Ski Park City

Condo was quiet and comfortable. It great to have individual "quiet space" but also having a great room/kitchen for family time. Skiing was terrible due to the overcrowding, but the condo make up for it!!Thanks for great time!

Great property for a winter skip trip in park city

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean, size was very comfortable for our family trip including 4 adults and two children. The kitchen was well stocked. Jacuzzi in the back was great after an active day in the mountains. I wish the garage was available for guests but we could manage without it.

Roomy condo in a great location

We were in the area for a soccer tournament and this was a great spot for us. It put us right in the middle of all the places we needed to be. The condo has tons of space. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed using the hot tub. It was very clean and quiet and had a beautiful view. We would stay here again.

Close to Park City

This is a terrific property. Owners sent out plenty of information, appropriate description, and was very clean with plenty of towels. Located very close to PC, and is easy to enter town avoiding heavy ski traffic from Salt Lake/Kimball Junction in the morning. Comfortable and roomy after a day of skiing.

Powder Days in PC!

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s condo! Check in and accessing the condo was a breeze. There are games for the kids to play and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Rooms are spacious and the downstairs is like another condo. It would be perfect for two couples or even two small families. We were able to do all of our laundry in house and enjoyed the hot tub out back. The only thing that was a negative was that there was quite a bit of dust in some of the rooms, but nothing that a good deep clean couldn’t solve! Overall, we had a great stay and tons of POW!!!

Great for our Family Ski Getaway

We enjoyed our family time and ski vacation. The home was accessible to local attractions, dining, and skiing. The views were gorgeous and the jacuzzi was a welcome treat after a day on the slopes. The condo was roomy and decorative.

GORGEOUS Townhome!

What a perfect location and beautiful home! It has everything you need. The hot tub is a great feature as well as the view! Only a 10-15 minute drive to the slopes and downtown. All of the appliances are top notch and the entire home was very clean. What a great week we had!

Very nice property and very close to Heber City and Park city

Very nice property with easy access. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Property had a nice hot tub with lots of games and close to lots of activities. Would stay there again.

Clean, quiet, close to everything

This condo was just as described. A very clean, comfortable, well taken care of property. We wanted to be close to Park City but not ‘in’ it. Nice, seemingly new neighborhood. Jennifer was a fantastic communicator and helpful in every way. Would absolutely stay here again.

Off the beaten path

Beautiful home with master bedroom/bathroom and twin bedroom & another full bathroom on main floor. Well equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable living room with fireplace. There’s another bedroom, full bathroom and tv lounge downstairs. Great for couple who wants a little more privacy. A very quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes away from Park City & Deer Valley. We only skied on weekdays, so we encountered rush hour traffic every morning. Actual travel time was more like 20-30 minutes. Would have been nice to be able to use garage, but wasn’t sorely missed. Would not hesitate to consider this home the next time we return to Park City.

A bit of a drive, but overall great place!

We've stayed at another condo in the same complex, so was comfortable with the location... it has great views but it depends on how the house faces. For example, the front of this house faces Deer Valley/Park city, which was great in the morning when we had breakfast. But, the hottub is in the back of the house and has a view of.... a retaining wall. lol. But the Hot-Tub was very, very nice, though we wished it was a little bit warmer- it topped out at 103. The layout worked great, and we LOVED the fact that it had two temperature zones... I love it cold, so set it too 63. My sister and her family liked it warmer, and set it to 70, so that worked out great. The owner (Jen) was great to communicate with and we did love a lot of the special extras... things like 3 Tide pods to do laundry, upscaled salt (Himelayan!) and Pepper shakers, general spices, and olive oil were included. The beds and bedding were 5 star! Very nice. The only thing I'm going to complain about was that we did not have access to the garage.. luckily it didn't snow...but it would have been nice to park at least one car in the garage. The other minor thing was that there was no shampoo bottles. The place literally had everything else, so it seems something easy to add. All in all we had a great experience, and looking to return next year.
