Super nice & Home like house very cozy and comfortable for my family and I. We spent 4th of July weekend here and had a blast. Everything was clean and ready for use. Pool super cute n clean! Host Ryan & Lisa were very nice ! Reached out personally to make sure we were comfortable and had the house cooled and ready for our stay. They were readily available if we needed anything. 10/10 recommend family friendly in quiet clean neighborhood. Walmart, food markets, restaurants and fast food all near by nothing seemed more than 10/15mins or less away. Thanks Again! Wouldn’t mind returning in the future

We enjoyed the pool but had to ask each day for it to be heated and it was an additional cost. The pool and the hot tub could not be heated at the same time.

My hubby and I (and our dog) went to Havasu to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The house was beautiful! It was so comfortable, homey and clean. The bed was cozy. The kitchen well stocked. The neighborhood quiet. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. Ryan & Lisa were amazing hosts! Very helpful, communicative, and full of suggestions for how to enjoy the area! We would be thrilled to vacation here again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Ryan is a very good host, easy to communicate with. The location is very well situated. We happened to be there during the annual hot air balloon fest and provided a lot of activities. Lake Havasu is very dog friendly and lots of dog parks. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Ryan

Perfect relaxing vacation

I can’t say enough about this property and the host, Ryan. The house was exactly as advertised with everything to make our stay comfortable. The location is excellent for doing things in Lake Havasu or surrounding areas. The house is fully equipped with everything that you would need to have a comfortable stay. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed using the hot tub during the cooler nights. The host is extremely responsive and checked on us more than once to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be rebooking with this host in the future. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a carefree, relaxing vacation.

Lake Havasu Stay

House was advertised as a family friendly home with a heated pool and jacuzzi. Had to text owner every time we wanted to use the jacuzzi and wait any where between 40 minutes and an hour and a half for a response. We were told the jacuzzi could be set to come on at specific time everyday but had to request it everyday. We were told 2 days in a row that the heat couldn’t be used during the middle of the day at all because the pool and hot tub were filtering. We were not allowed to use the pool heat until the 4th day after a lengthy and heated conversation. I spent the majority of my vacation communicating with the home owner and asking to use the jacuzzi and pool. Owner continually told us we were in their personal vacation home and even went so far as bragging to us how much they had spent on the pool system. If I could do it over I would have picked a different property just on the basis of ease of use of the amenities. Property owners told us we were their “Guinea pigs” because they hadn’t had a family with children stay at the property since the pool had been installed and admitted that they had little experience with the pool usage and cost to them. Complete disappointment.

Response from VrboOwner on 12 Apr 2023
The property / pool equipment was not advertised to provide the pool heater or jacuzzi use from 5:30am to 11pm. While we do provide use of the equipment to guests, there are limits to what we find reasonable. Furthermore, issuing a chargeback on this stay shows the intent and clearly identifies the type of person this is. This person was granted all requests she made and broke several rules including smoking and drug use on the property.

Fabulous Family Home, pet friendly to responsible owners. 🐾

Fantastic home with a great floor plan. Tastefully decorated with a homey family atmosphere. Very comfortable beds with soft sheets and lots of pillows. Bathrooms have nice soft towels and the owners even provide wet wipes for the sweet cheeks! Pet friendly to responsible dog owners. Great location, plenty of parking, short drive to the Havasu Marina and London Bridge. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would most definitely stay again.
