We loved this open, clean place with a beautiful view. It’s more spacious than the pictures convey and in a great location. My kids didn’t want to leave and we’ll definitely return in the future.
The house was clean and had a great view of the lake from inside and outside. The neighborhood is nice and the cove was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. We plan on booking it again next year!

Thanks Jill for coming! Please come back anytime! Enjoy the rest of your summer!
Everything was perfect in this lovely house in a quiet little neighborhood with gorgeous views. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the quiet view from all the seating areas. We were far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough if we chose to be there. We will be returning.
This house was everything we expected- perfect for our family gathering on Lake Norman. Close to everything we wanted while being in a quiet neighborhood. Terry was a pleasure to do business with, very accommodating, we felt like it was “ our” home for s few days. Thank you for a great experience.
My family spent a week relaxing at Lake Norman in this fabulous home. Check in was easy, and communication was great. The owner was quick to reply when we noticed some AC issues and he was on top of getting that straightened out. Only suggestion would be to put a reflector or light at the end of the driveway because the house/yard were hard to find at night.
The was our first time renting via VRBO. The owner was extremely helpful in the process and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Five stars all the way! The place is great and in a fantastic location near everything. It had a nice dock for swimming and just sitting having a morning coffee or evening beverage!

Thank you so much for coming! Please come back to the Lake anytime!
This home was everything we could ask for and more than we imagined. It was very spacious, had everything we needed and was nicely updated. Location was amazing. We really enjoyed swimming off the dock and using the paddle boards. The owner is so thorough and thoughtful. We can’t wait to rebook!
We had a wonderful long weekend on the lake for our daughter’s Davidson graduation. The house fit us all
comfortably and we used the well stocked kitchen to make a few meals and hung out on the lovely dock. We never had a chance to use the fire pit but will next time! Highly recommend this house!
This is the second time we have stayed here (including our 3 adult sons) This year I invited my sister and her husband to join us as the house is incredibly spacious. Having three full baths is the best! Terry is wonderful and the entire experience is great. Only wish we could have stayed longer. (Our dogs love it as well)
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated lake house. Terry is a great host. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to bring our boat and easily tie up to the dock and get out to the main water. (The public boat launch was only 12 min away.) The house was close to restaurants & food stores. We would definitely stay here again.
This was one of those vacations where the weather was not on our side almost every day we were there. The heavy rains every day, the tornado warnings (not common there), the flash flood warnings...
Despite all that, we still enjoyed ourselves. The house is clean, comfortable, well laid out. The beds are comfortable. The house felt larger on the inside than what the photos show. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area (with owner suggestions in their welcome book). Terry the owner was very responsive if we had a question.
The last full day was sunny and beautiful and we took advantage of the stand-up paddleboards and floaties. The waterway the house is on is broad yet calm, and easy/quick access to the bigger open water. We hope to return next year.

Needs TLC
Property owner was great but property itself could stand some much needed repairs.
Exterior: decking boards are hazardous, shrubs were overgrown, outdoor furniture needs to be replaced.
Interior: kitchen is very dated, living room furniture needs to be replaced, stairs need to be replaced, many of the blinds were broken, patio slider needs shade - house is extremely hot from 10am until 7pm daily due to the sunlight, walls could use a fresh coat of paint, not enough bath towels provided, glass shower doors were not clean upon arrival, and could remove lots of the odd furniture pieces throughout that were not functional but took up needed space.

Brandon have never recieved such a poor review as a matter of fact all reviews of this house have been 95% 5 stars. We have never had a 3 star review and I think your 2 star review in unfair. Sorry you were not happy with your stay.
House was complely remoded in 2019 and is decorated as a causul lake house. Each bathroom had should have had 3 bath towels for a total of 9 plus there are towles for the lake to use as well. All you had to do was call or text and would have resolved any of your needs.
My family and I had a great stay on Lake Norman. The house and property is updated and well cared for. Fully stocked with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc.
We spent a lot of time on the deck and on the dock. My husband and son enjoyed the downtime fishing. It was pretty cold some of the days so I'm sure we would've taken advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks had the weather been warmer.
The house is centrally located and only about a 30 mins drive from Downtown Charlotte. The surrounding suburbs, Cornelius, Davidson, and Huntersville, all had cute downtowns and really good places to eat (Davidson: Kindred and Pickled Beach, Cornelius: Barrel & Fork and Ositos, Mooresville: Alinos Pizza and Eddie's on Lake Norman were some our favorites).
Terry was an attentive host and a great communicator. The house was ready an hour earlier than our check in time and he texted me to say that we could arrive sooner.
We look forward to returning to the Lake Norman again in the future.

Thank you Tennille! It was a pleasure hosting you and your family!
Spent a few days at this beautiful property over the holidays to be near family. The home was comfortable and nicely decorated with plenty of thoughtful amenities. The view from the home was awesome, especially at night. The dock was a favorite and was beautifully lit in the evening. Terry, our host was amazing. During our stay there were very frigid temps, which ended up freezing some pipes. Terry made a special trip to the property (on Christmas Eve) to fix the problem by installing a heater in the well area. We were so appreciative of his kindness! All in all it was the perfect home for our family and dogs! Close to local stores and restaurants in a quaint little neighborhood. We will definitely be back!
Great home, loved the open floor plan leading out to the property on the lake. Completely furnished with top quality bedding and towels. We will return wherever visiting family in the area. Terry was also a true pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating for our needs.
