The unit is approximately 1324 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths. Recently remodeled master bath and redecorated throughout. The 2nd bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and the hall bath has a tub/shower combo as well. King, Queen, Twin, Twin, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8.

Legacy is a 9-story building with 3 units per floor located 1.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Legacy has an outdoor seasonal pool with a waterfall. The property also has a barbecue grilling area. 2 car limit.
