Hello! I am the property manager at Arizona R&R Vacation Rentals and will be the main point of contact during your stay. I am a local Scottsdale resident who loves to spend time outdoors, especially discovering new hiking trails along with my Puggle mix Penny. So if you need any recommendations on trails in the area (or a great patio to enjoy happy hour!) you came to the right place!

Located right at the Scottsdale/Tempe border off McKellips road, guests enjoy the ultimate perfect location to enjoy the nightlife and activities both cities have to offer. Along with enjoying the brand new amenities the home has to offer including heated pool, covered outdoor gazebo, yard games, board games, large community table. The Larkspur house comes with all the amenities you could want to enjoy your time in Scottsdale and all the sunshine Arizona has to offer! Our recently remodeled backyard includes a large pool (with heating as an available option in the winter), covered gazebo, outdoor dining table, and yard area to enjoy the yard games that come with renting this property.
If you feel like staying indoors, the property is stocked with board games for all ages. The living room has enough seating for all your guests to comfortably enjoy a movie or sports game on the large flat screen television.
Whether you prefer grilling poolside or baking in the kitchen, the property comes with all your cooking essentials. Feel free to reach out prior to check in if there is a specific kitchen item you would like available during your stay.
