Lovely accomodation in great location

We stayed here for a couple of nights to break up a long drive back to northern England from Burgundy. We left wishing we had longer as the area is beautiful, clean, quiet and the same could be said for the accomodation. The hosts were very welcoming and despite the language barrier due to our poor French, they gave us some great recommendations for our stay. The local pizza was very welcome after our long drive and a day at Saint-Valery-sur-Somme watching Sea Lions likewise. Would definitely love to come back to explore more of the area in the future

A superb Gite

We stayed for a week in this lovely gite . From our arrival to the end of our week we felt very welcome and the gite was very well appointed and beautifully presented . We have stayed in many places in France over the last 30+ years and this is in our top ten ! Thank you to Olivier and your family for looking after us so well . 5 day break

Had a lovely time, the cottage is immaculately clean. Excellent position to visit some really good attractions. The forest opposite the cottage was perfect for walking our dog in the morning and then off out afterwards. Olivier and Valerie are on hand if needed but otherwise let you get on ( many thanks for the honey 😋 ) the cottage has all the amenities you require so you will not want for anything. Overall very good and would return 👍

Een volledig sfeervol huisje op een leuke plek met een gedeelde tuin maar wel voldoende privé, en een bed met een goed matras! Het onthaal van Olivier et Valerie was zeer vriendelijk en informatief, ook vooraf. En hun dochter sprak goed engels. Zwembad en wellness is aanwezig, elke ochtend alleen gezwommen...Héérlijk! Zeer proper alles! Aan de overkant van het huisje is het bos, ik kon zo met de hond aan de wandel. Huisje ligt aan doorgaande opzich rustige weg, alleen op sommige momenten is het iets drukker. Om 22u. gaat de straatverlichting uit en dan is het ook echt donker, bij heldere hemel zijn er dan mega veel sterren te zien...Prachtig! Douche is wat krap, wasmachine en keurig wasrek is aanwezig alleen de knijpers mogen vernieuwd worden. En overal bakken met bloeiende plantjes, maakt het geheel extra sfeervol. Dit huisje is zeker een aanrader, en ook voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar...

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée par une amie des propriétaires ; que nous avons rencontrés par la suite. Le gîte est très bien décoré, bien équipé et propre. Literie très confortable. Attention aux "grands" les rempants sont très mansardés. Pour la baignoire à remous, nous aurions préféré un partage "privatif" pour se relaxer. En effet, partager avec d'autres locataires l'espace bien-être et l'espace piscine (surtout quand il y des jeunes et des enfants), n'est pas propice à la détente. Les propriétaires vont réfléchir à notre suggestion.

bonjourla chambre sous mansarde est suffisante , l'espace cuisine et salon est bien ; le poêle a pellet fait le job.la visibilité du jardin et du passage des poules nous a emmener dans cette tranquillité campagnarde et agréable.l'espace SPA/piscine se trouve a dans un bâtiment a 15 mètres du gite, il est exceptionnel.nous serions rester si le temps nous l'avais permis.

Excellent séjour dans un environnement calme et très agréable, parfait pour se ressourcer. Le logement est impeccable, très propre, bien équipé et conforme aux photos. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise.Les hôtes sont extrêmement gentils, disponibles si besoin, tout en restant très discrets. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur attention rendent le séjour encore plus agréable.Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bien reçu et tout a était bien expliqué même pour les sorties des alentours ! Ont a pu passer un bon p'tit moment et même le chien Ulysse a profité aussi des balades heureux ! Sinon côté détente c'était vraiment extra ont a très bien aimé la piscine et le jacuzzi aussi ! Vraiment très bon endroit ! A refaire c'est sûr
