You'll be less than seven miles east of the Greenbrier entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, allowing you to easily spend your days fishing, hiking, and exploring the park’s waterfalls, wildlife, and scenic views on foot, by bike, on horseback, or by car. In less than 20 minutes, you can reach the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg (12 miles west); if you drive up to Pigeon Forge, you'll find the Titanic Museum and plentiful shops, restaurants, and dinner theaters. Even Dollywood is only 19 miles west.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
