Six Bedroom house on secluded dead end road, just a brief walk from Green Hill beaches, and a quick drive to South Kingstown public beach and other South County and State beaches. House is perfect for vacationing with large family or 2 families. Living, Family, Dining, Dining/Game rooms provide great separate kid and adult space, while 3 bedrooms/2 baths in main house and 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths in wing provide unique privacy. Large patio with built-in Grill, fireplace and outdoor shower allow for peaceful/private entertaining under the stars while hearing the waves crash on the beach just a 2 minute walk away!
2 kayaks and Paddle board are racked at landing by barrier pond a walk away, several bikes of various sizes available, fishing rods, croquet, corn hole, badminton, horseshoes and various other yard games included.
This is a great family house for small or large groups.
