You have an open kitchen and living room area leading out to a brand-new enlarged patio with outdoor dining and a propane grill all with fabulous ocean views. Wake up and enjoy watching the sun come up over the Atlantic Ocean every morning. There is parking for 6 cars.

You are less than a .75 mile walk to Scarborough Beach, even closer with cut throughs. 1.5 miles from Roger Wheeler State Beach, 2 miles away from the Block Island Ferry and the Seaport of Galilee.

Located ½ mile from Iggy’s Doughboys, Aunt Carrie’s Ice Cream and Spain restaurant.

We make packing easy: We provide linens and towels as well as 8 Beach Chairs, 4 Backpack Beach Chairs, 2 Beach Umbrellas, 1 Rolling Cooler, 1 Beach Stroller, 3 Boogie Boards, 1 Beach Tote as well as 1 Corn Hole game. No Pets, please

It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an outdoor patio looking at the Ocean only 100 feet away! 2 separate living rooms with flat-screen televisions; a washer and dryer, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeping 14!. Linen service, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach stroller are just some of the many amenities you will find.
