OCEANFRONT 3 Bedroom Jersey Shore Beach House! Steps to the Beach!

This 3 bedroom oceanfront Beach house is just steps to the beach. You can't get any closer! The 4th Avenue beach entrance is directly across the street. When you don't feel like going to the beach, there are two spacious porches to relax on and take in the views. One of the porches has an outdoor table and chairs perfect for an al fresco dinner under the stars! This house is complete with full kitchen, brand new 5 burner stove and oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you would need, just pack your spices! There is a BBQ grill available for use on the property as well. Also includes a brand new LG HE washing machine and dryer and high speed wifi. There is brand new central AC for the entire house. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a spacious closet. The 4th Avenue Bedroom has a Queen Bed also and the Ocean Avenue Bedroom has a Full Bed. Each bedroom has its own closet and there are dressers in the 4th Avenue and Ocean Avenue Bedrooms. There is one full bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. There is also an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Rental comes with 4 Adult Bradley Beach Badges to enjoy the beach as well as brand new beach towels for use. Each bedroom will be made up with freshly laundered linens for your stay as well as freshly laundered bath towels. The house is within walking distance to NJ Transit Train, wonderful park for kids and the center of Bradley Beach where there are restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream parlors and more!

Wonderful experience at a great location

My family and I had a great stay at this property. Owner ( Jamie ) seemed to think of anything a renter might possibly need and was extremely responsive when we reached out with any questions or concerns. My group included my pregnant daughter and my 18 month old grandson and the close proximity of the beach was perfect. Thanks Jamie for a great getaway.

Amazing stay!

This cottage was ideal for our family vacation to Bradley Beach! First and foremost the location could not be better. It is only a few steps away from the beach, the boardwalk, miniature golf, and a terrific playground. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything that we could have needed including a full kitchen. Our host was fantastic and responsive. I highly recommend it and hope to visit again next year!

Wonderful Stay

We love Bradley Beach. This small house was truly an excellent getaway location for the week. Parking also seems to be better at this end of town. Jamie was fantastic to work with - she was lightning fast when we did encounter an unexpected issue with one of the appliances. House is appointed with everything one might need and you just can't get closer to a beach entrance in Bradley. Front porch was superb. Definitely look forward to a future stay.

Beautiful beach bungalow with amazing location!

We had a wonderful week at Jamie’s beach bungalow. The house has everything you need, updated appliances, cozy bedding, AC and the location can not be beat! We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the porch and our days at the beach which is directly across the street. It’s doesn’t get much better than this! Jamie was so welcoming and made our stay so easy and comfortable from beginning to end! We hope to return next summer and create more memories here on the shore!

Perfect For Family Trip

My wife and I, along with our young daughter, booked the house for a trip down the shore. After describing it to my mother, we decided to invite my parents down and we all fit and had an amazing time! The beach and ocean are literally across the street. The house had chairs out front, not to mention a bbq, and we spent a lot of time out there. Beds were comfy. House was clean. Thanks for having us.

Wonderful stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location. very clean and comfortable. The owner, Jamie, provided recommendations for local dining that were spot on and very helpful. She was also very responsive to a minor issue with a smoke detector that needed a battery replaced in an area guests do not have access. She took care of it right away! My family and I will be looking to stay here again next summer! Beautiful house with amazing views and easy access to the beach! Jim

Family getaway a success

My parents and 2 Aunts and me enjoyed most meals in, one dinner out, walks on the boardwalk, visits to Ocean Grove and the lovely ocean view from this charming beach bungalow. Jamie was so kind to gift us a box of cookies in acknowledgment of my parents 65th anniversary! She also caught us on our way out for feedback on our stay. Nice personal touch! I would rent again. 🙂

Perfect Location

This bungalow is in the PERFECT location, right across from the beach entrance and with many restaurants within walkable distance. Outdoor shower is very helpful after time at the beach. Jamie has nice chairs outside so you can sit and enjoy the view of the beach. If you have young kids, take them up the boardwalk to play in the nice fenced-in playground and a walk around the lake as well. Beautiful neighborhood. Thank you Jamie!
