Home has newer stainless appliances with tankless hot water heater for endless hot water. Includes 4 beach passes. Bradley Beach Summer Rental. Home is just 8 years old everything is in excellent condition. In wall Air conditioners in all three bedrooms. One large unit on the first level in the wall which is more that sufficient, Granite counter tops, high end gas range, stackable washer and dryer, tankless hot water heater, baseboard heat, just 3 houses from the beach with ocean and beach views from the front and rear second story decks off the master and back bedroom.

I own this home with my wife and four children and we absolutely love it. It is a great town that is extremely kid friendly with great entertainment within walking distance. We often walk to Asbury Park to see the fireworks every Wednesday evening or walk to Belmar all on the boardwalk.
Why they chose this property
We love the area and the kids love it too! The beach is great and the people are too.
What makes this property unique
Newer Home, outdoor shower with dressing area, nice front outdoor covered patio 2 nice size decks with ocean views. Nice size back yard with Weber BBQ. It's a great place to stay and you wont sacrifice any luxury. The house is great, we love sitting on the front porch eating dinner and drinking wine in the evening while listening to the ocean and feeling the ocean breeze.
