Get ready for a sun drenched, fun-filled stay at this Ocean Beach Cottage. Boasting a prime location about 4 blocks from Newport Avenue where you will find shops, restaurants, and much more. You are 6 blocks to beach access and if you bring along your dog (for a small nightly fee) Ocean Beach has an amazing dog beach nearby which will allow your 4 legged friend a chance to enjoy the beach lifestyle.

As you walk into this charming cottage you enter into the living room where you will find a couch and a oversized bean bag that converts into a full size bed. Relax in front of the flat screen and watch some of your favorite shows after a long day at the beach.

Just across from the living room you will find the dining room with a round table that seats 4 people and adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator and all the essentials you will need during your stay.

There are two bedrooms in the home. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on the top and a full size bed on the bottom. You have to walk through the 1st bedroom to get to the 2nd bedroom and each room shares a bathroom with a tub/shower which conveniently sits between both bedrooms.

Just outside the kitchen is a small patio with a table and four chairs and gas BBQ so you can enjoy a night at home grilling away with your family or friends.

There is a washer, dryer in the garage and is shared with the next door cottage. There is ample free street parking.

This cute cottage sits adjacent to our OB Beach House, which sleeps 7 people - you can rent both units for a larger group or family reunion.

Ocean Beach and the larger San Diego area are bursting with attractions. Walk 4 blocks to Newport Avenue for shopping and dining at tasty places like Hodad's and Azucar. A short drive north takes you to Mission Beach and Bay for great surfing, sailing, and even wake board lessons at the Aquatic Center. Head to Belmont Park for a walk down the iconic boardwalk, visit Sea World and the San Diego Zoo, and shop at places like the Gaslamp Quarter, Seaport Village, and more.

There's no doubt you and your travel companions will simply adore your time at this beach getaway.

PETS CONSIDERED
Dogs are allowed, if the pet has been approved by Management and nonrefundable Pet Fee has been paid. ($40/Night, per Pet) Fee will be added to reservation total before confirming. To be considered for approval, Guest must agree to kennel pet when left unsupervised.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

No Smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke in outside areas of the home.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. The home is equipped with ceiling fans and we are happy to drop off floor fans if needed.

This home is located in a neighborhood and we ask our guests to respect your surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare. You can call our office for recommendations.

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.

Please be aware this is a busy neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and bars and will have noise to got with that and this home sits on the corner of a well traveled street.
