Beautifully furnished 3BR/2BA cottage located on the pond in Barrier Dunes, walking distance to the Beach. This Family Friendly, Beach Front Gated Community, features a Gulf Front Pool and Club House, a second pool that is heated in the winter (at the discretion of the HOA), tennis courts and children's play area. The gorgeous pet friendly beach has beautiful white sand & clear emerald green waters for swimming and snorkeling fun! Great surf fishing too! You will also love the Fabulous Nightly Sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico!

Barrier Dunes is a gated community at the north end of Cape San Blas. Two pools, tennis courts, ponds for fishing and a playground for the kids - all that, plus 3 easy beach access points! This neighborhood has all you need on the north end of Cape San Blas with the beautiful beaches and the state park just outside the neighborhood gate!

What makes this property unique

This is one of the very few cottages in Barrier Dunes. All the neighborhood amenities, but with a little more privacy in a stand alone cottage!
