Splash is located on the West end of Panama City Beach, convenient to the new PIER PARK, Panama City Beach's new premier center for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Enjoy a wide variety of restaurants there such as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Guy Harvey's,Back Porch Seafood,and Reggae J's. See a movie at 16 Grand Theatre which has stadium seating, take a ride on the carousel or other Miracle Strip rides and indulge in shopping at Dillards, JC Penny, Ron Jon Surf shop or any of the other retail and specialty shops at Pier Park.

WE INCLUDE FREE BEACH SERVICE WITH ALL OF OUR RENTALS (MARCH 1ST THRU NOV 1ST!) THIS INCLUDES TWO CUSHIONED WOODEN LOUNGE CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA RESERVED FOR YOU ON THE BEACH FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY. Just walk down a few stairs to the beach and everything is ready and waiting for you. This is an additional $30 per day bonus value that we have prepaid for you!!!!

SPECIAL NOTES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Parking is $40 per car for the duration of your stay.

We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condominium during the rental period.
Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets
Check-in: 3:00 pm, Check-out: 10 am (central time.)

Full payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If cancellation occurs within twenty one (21) days of arrival, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. To protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, please contact your personal insurance agent and inquire about travel insurance.

Splash is always the perfect place to stay! Love the property, and the host was quick and responsive. Only issue we had, which is minor, is that every slide on the dresser drawers were broken. You had to hold onto the drawers or they’d fall out. Otherwise, it was a great stay and would use Josh (host) again without question.

Great location

This was a great place for 2 people to stay. We enjoyed looking at the beach in the mornings & watching the sunset also. We would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to enjoy themselves.

Great Stay!

Room and stay were as advertised, great! Check in was a breeze, plenty of parking and the whole resort had so much to do for little kids! They were fully entertained with the pools, the shops and the sweets. The 11th floor ocean front was amazing! Sunsets every night and we were even lucky enough to see some dolphins in the morning. The host, Josh, was very repsonsive and helpful. The lock on the blacony door needed to be replaced and he had someone there early the next morning for the repair. 10 out of 10 for me! Will definitely stay again on a future visit!

great vacation

You can't beat splash esp. with double red flags. The pools are great even into the night. The condo itself has everything you need. We slept great and communication was excellent. We will def book again.

Room was clean and comfortable for our 3 night 4 day stay. Only complaint is that the king bed wasn’t very comfortable. Kids said other beds and pull out were great. Loved the washer/dryer in the room with kids!! Will definitely rebook

Great for family of 4

Prime location with an excellent view. It was perfect for my wife, 2 young kids, and myself. Property manager responded immediately when contacted. Only issue we had was the cleanliness. Floors were filthy and dust everywhere.
