Guests will have the house completely furnish, sun loungers, free grill to use (no refill or exchange of propane gas must be filled in case it is empty or runs out during use), private pool with the option to heat it (daily cost $ 20 dollars per day and will have a turn-on time from 10 am to 11 pm), has internet of more than 100 Megas, cable television, the kitchen has everything necessary for your stay, washer and dryer, ironing area, has towels and all bed linens, also has pool towels, cleaning products, detergents, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, sponge dishes, bath soap, for initial use not for the entire stay, also has a Keurig coffee pods station is complementary and free parking.
Champions Gate guests have free access to the luxury-inspired Oasis Club. This exclusive clubhouse features a resort-style pool with a lazy river and water play area, a game room, a tiki bar, a movie theater, a restaurant and bar, a BBQ Grill, and much more!
Retreat Club features a heated pool, waterpark slide and a splash zone for children, a hammock area, mini golf, and a tiki bar. The community features soccer fields, artificial and natural grass, a basketball court, 2 gyms, and tennis courts. You also have access to golf, but you will have to pay to play.

Great place for Disney World

The property was very clean and comfortable to stay in! In house ammeneties and utility was as advertised and helpful for the stay. The area was very quiet and felt safe - but not too far for accessibility. Local shops, food, groceries, and Disney World are at good distances. The host was very accomodating ans communicative throughout the entire stay.

We enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse. It was the perfect temperature and spacious. The house was big enough for everyone and store is close by. Driving distance to Disney isn’t far, I-4 traffic to Disney is what makes it longer than it should be.

Property was very spacious, clean and quiet. Property owners replied back immediately when I contacted them. They had dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and a few trash bags for us upon arrival. Definitely will go back!!!

Great week at ChampionsGate

We have stayed in the Orlando / Kissimmee area for 15-20 years, but this was our first time staying in ChampionsGate. The house was as advertised and our communication with the host was always timely and efficient. The gated community made us feel very safe. There were areas to walk or run without worrying about traffic or other issues. We visited several golf courses in the area and had an easy 20-30 minute drive to each. We would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Well recommended!

This home is great and very comfortable. It is clean, all the furniture are new. We are 6 adults and two children, the house was able to accommodate us so well enough, even we could have invited one more family. The host was very responsive to my questions. It was 30 minutes drive to Magic Kingdom and the Hollywood Studios in heavy traffic.

Excellent alternative to Orlando / Disney hotels and resorts!

This was our first Vrbo! It was nice having the place to ourselves with full amenities. Doing laundry and being able to cook your own food was a godsend and a money saver! Property was very nice with very little to complain about (refrigerator filter needed replaced, Keurig needed to be descaled, and a pool net would have been nice, but not deal breakers). Access to the gated community club house and pools was nice too. Would most certainly consider stay here again the next time we're in the Orlando area and would recommend anyone else to do the same.

Florida Soccer Getaway

The house was great. Everyone had enough space to themselves. The Oasis club was great to just hang out together and relax as well as the pool at the house. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. The only thing that I didn't like was I love to cook and there were not enough cooking supplies. So if you plan to cook see what is availabile in the home first. If you eat out then no worries! If you have a large group you will need to pick up your own paper towels and toilet paper. The house gives you a few starters but not enough to last. No extra essentials available in the home. Traffic to the Orlando area could be a bit rough at times but I would rather the traffic then being in overcrowded Orlando. Overall though I would stay here again.

Amazing Family Location

Our stay in Champions Gate was amazing! Check-in was easy and Julian provided great directions on how to access the property. Every room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the grocery store was pretty close. Our family of 9 ( 5 adults, 3 teenagers, and a 3yr old) had enough space to enjoy eachother and find areas to just unwind away from the group. The pool and grill were a nice accommodation. The location of the property was very close to the clubhouse where we enjoyed the 3 pools! The teenagers enjoyed access to the basketball court. It was nice being only about 15-20 minutes away from the Disney parks. We'll definitely be back!

Great Stay! Highly recommended.

The house was beautiful and had all amenities in good working order. Julian was highly responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. We had 4 adults and 3 children, ranging from 0-13 and everyone had a space they could enjoy and retreat to after a long day. The pool in the back was the perfect size and temperature and allowed for many hours of fun during the day and evening. One small opportunity would be that we expected a bit more in the way of cooking dishes (baking sheets, large frying pan with lid, etc) that would have made it easier to prepare a meal for a large group as well as additional toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing tablets, etc. available for the stay as there were only minimal provided. The washing machine and dryer were amazing to have and were both easy to use and in good working order. We spent several days at the Oasis which had something for everyone to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful. You cannot bring your own snacks however the food and drinks available were tasty and very reasonably priced. The arcade is cash only. Overall our stay was amazing and we would not hesitate to book our next vacation here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This property is great! Pictures are very accurate. Check in and check out were easy. Close to all the parks and only an hour and a half drive to the gulf or Atlantic. The resort area was great for all ages. I only had a couple questions for Julian and he responded promptly each time. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Great Property and Great Management!

The house itself was very nice and clean and very conveniently located from WDW and the resort area. We only had a little issue with one of the smoke detector battery on its way out and started chirping but Julian was very prompt to come and fix the issue and replaced all of the batteries just to be sure. All communications with management (Julian) were answered promptly and thoroughly. I would love to recommend this property to everyone but at the same time, I want to be selfish so it's available for us next year!! I would definitely recommend this to any family and a HUGE thank you to Julian for managing a great property. We had a blast!

We really liked the gated community of championsgate oasis. It was out of the busy city and easy to find. The home was just as pictured. Comfy beds and well taken care of. We loved the modern decor.
