The 100m² apartment on the 1st floor of a quiet building is located in the city center of Royan opposite the Palais des Congrès with a glimpse of Foncillon beach. The south-west facing exposure brings intense brightness to the apartment. The calm and positioning of the apartment are the major assets of this property.
You will stay in an apartment composed of three rooms as spacious as each other and with a large bed of 140 each. Two of them have a sink and of course storage cupboards.
The kitchen is quite large and offers you the possibility of cooking in the oven and gas. A large fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster are at your disposal.
The large living room has a large dining table and a living area. This room leads to the large balcony on which you can enjoy an aperitif or a plancha without any worries. No barbecue allowed.
Finally, a large bathroom and a toilet.
You are 80m walk from Foncillon Beach, 50m from the playground, 50m from the grocery store and 50m from the bakery. You are located 5 minutes walk from the shops, boutiques of Royan as well as the Notre-Dame Church. The Royan Thalasso is 10 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by bike. The sports route begins just after De Foncillon beach towards the Thalasso.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed. Provide a deposit of 400 € by check which will be returned after the inventory, subject to disputes.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided and beds can be made according to your request. Duvets and pillows are available. A deposit of 400 € will be requested on arrival and returned on departure subject to disputes.
Numerous (free) parking spaces are available to users.
