Fine but not amazing

The condo is fairly new and nice but was pretty barebones. The water park area was cool but not big enough to accomodate the amount of people in the resort. Overall we had a good experience. I was very disappointed with the management company. When I booked, I thought it took my payment in full. I never received check in instructions so I emailed a couple days in advance. Never heard back so I called the night before. She said I hadn't paid yet so that's why. But they had never contacted me and told me that. When I mentioned that, her response was "We have 100 reservations a day. We don't have time for that." What horrible customer service.

Family Vacation

The property and unit in an overall was great. Upon chevk in there was an issue with the access code received, however, I contacted the property management and had it sorted over the phone in 10 minutes. The only thing I would recommend to the owners, would be to look about getting some actual curtains or blinds for the sliding door facing the pool looking directly into the living & dining area of the unit. Would rent again.

Wonderful condo and resort. Our family had a terrific stay. Could just use another towel rack or hooks in the bathroom, a lamp and end table in the living room. Other than that the place was fabulous!
