Two bedroom and two full bathrooms, corner apartment in one of the most emblematic condominium at Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. Right at the Isla Verde beach, voted #1 Best Urban Beach 2016 by USA Travel Reader. BEACH FRONT! The apartment has two balconies, very spacious bedrooms, walking closets and comfortable living spaces. Full kitchen, smart TV, wireless internet, cover parking assigned to the apartment among other amenities. Excellent place to spend your well-deserved vacations. Walking distance from pharmacy, supermarkets, hotels and restaurants and just minutes away from the SJ Airport and Old San Juan

You will have access to the newly renovated pool. The building also have laundry machines, tennis and basketball courts. Please note the apartment do not have washer. You can use the coins machines in the building.

Wonderful Spring Break Family Trip

We had a wonderful trip and excellent stay at the condo. A quiet community with a beautiful beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Just a quick taxi ride into Old San Juan. We would definitely stay there again. Nydia was very attentive and a wonderful host for our stay at the property.

Wonderful stay at Isla Verde beach property

We loved our stay at the property. Great security and the apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Nydia was an exceptional host and very responsive. We really appreciated an early check in and late check out which gave us more time to enjoy our visit. Definitely hope to come back again!

Family Vacation

The place is in a great location on a private beach with a pool and the owner was good at communicating. We rented a car and a parking space was provided. The only issue, which had nothing to do with the owner, was that we were there on a holiday weekend and could hear noise from the street during the night. Overall it was a good experience!

Nydia’s condo is decorated super cute, impeccably clean and smells amazing. She stocks it with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wonderful vacation

This delightful condo was spacious, clean and sunny with 2 great balconies for a perfect relaxing beach vacation. Our host left a case of water for us and enough paper products for our entire stay. So nice! The gated property , in a tower complex has direct beach access on 1 side and city restaurants etc on the other., our friendly host made it all easy. A Lovely place!

Beautiful getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. The 2 balconies are lovely for relaxing. All the little extras were greatly appreciated. The beach chairs and equipment were used daily. The beach is stunning but can get crowded in the afternoon. The location is wonderful. You can easily walk to restaurants but there is also a parking spot for a car.

immaculate spot!!

my three friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Nydia’s place. It was clean and well stocked with utensils ,towels , toiletries etc. Very spacious. The balcony is super large. Direct access to the beach. Great location. A lot of stores and restaurants close by. Nydia kept in close communication during our stay and was available when needed.

Great trip!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Nydia was quick to respond when we had an issue come up and so great to work with. The location is perfect for the beach as well as walking distance to tons of restaurants, a grocery store, and everything else we needed during our week long stay. The only con is that it can get loud in the evening, but nothing out of the ordinary for staying in a city. My favorite was morning coffee on the balcony with an ocean view. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

The view was very nice. The condo was nice enough, but felt like it could have been a little better stocked. There was only 1 dish towel, no pot holders and no glasses bigger than small tumblers. There was coffee, sugar and creamer provided as well as small bottles of water which was nice. The beds were mostly hard (the one I used was very hard), but we made do. The beach is nice, very walkable. We enjoyed several restaurants that we were able to walk to, which was nice. The host was very responsive, which I really appreciate.The biggest downside was not being able to just stand in the pool and talk with our cups without security getting on us (they didn't say anything to several others). We were also told to move from the kiddie pool that we were just sitting on the edge to get away from the construction noise above our condo and enjoying a little sun, when there were no kids around.All in all it was a good stay.

Convenient location & spacious condo

Only 5-10 minutes from the SJU airport. Gated property. Lock box on door made check in easy. Walking distance to several stores, restaurants (Mist, the rooftop restaurant was one of our favorites close to the condo) etc. Rental cars just down the street if you want one for a day (Charlie’s). Easy access to the beach. Nydia was very helpful when we had issues or questions.

Outstanding Visit

I felt at home - away from home. Nydia was a great host and had many amenities in place for my family to use. Everything from beach towels, to beach chairs...to Alexa (my kids drove me crazy playing every song loud...lol). The unit is pretty airy when the balcony doors are open. I realized the second day (during a bad storm) to open the front door with the gate door locked. This was so relaxing we all fell asleep looking at TV. Outstanding view of the beach as well as the street life on the other side. I will definitely utilize Nydia's unit again during my next stay.

I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE

This was a great condo!! Very clean, had more ammendities than we expected..having beach chairs, bags and a cooler was a nice bonus. Very Very clean, beds were comfortable. I could just keep going. From the time you walk out the door it is less than five minutes to be on the beautiful beach. Nydia was so nice with answering any question I had. I really didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back. Thank you so much Nydia!!!

Exceptional Experience

Nydia is an exceptional host. She had excellent communication in the weeks leading up to our trip. The apartment is huge, clean, fully stocked with 2 large balconies. A short elevator ride takes you to an Olympic sized outdoor swimming pool and steps beyond that is the gorgeous beach. The complex is very secure and monitored 24/7. I spent the week with my fiance and 9 year old daughter who loved every minute and didnt want to leave. A 24 hour CVS across the street and grocery store right nearby. If you go with kids the main street is hoppin at night but she slept right through it after a long day at the beach. I strongly recommend getting Uber Eats from Metropol just up the street. Incredible food delivered to the lobby. A short Uber ride takes you into old San Juan where you must tour del Morro castle. You'll have a great time here.

Two things

First, check-in was confusing. too many assumptions. Poor signage (Tower 1 vs 2) didn't help. Second, has nothing to do with your property, but you might want to warn future renters. The bioluminescent kayaking is a total rip off. We did it in 2005 and it was magnificent. This year was a farce, Your government needs to stop the companies from stealing tourists money and further destroying the plankton.
