It’s a place that truly holds a special spot in our hearts, and we take pride in sharing it with guests who appreciate a well-cared-for space. We love hosting and hope you’ll feel relaxed, at home, and able to make great memories here—just as we have.

Why they chose this property

This location is perfect for summer, fall, winter and spring getaways. Perfect home for family reunions, wedding parties and just a weekend getaway. It is only minutes from the Adirondack mountains, Lake George and all nearby lakes and mountains. Tons of hiking trails from small to expert. Top ski resorts only a short drive. Only a block and a half from historic Saratoga Race Course. Racing season is early July to Labor day. Walking and quick drive to downtown, Skidmore and many of the historic sites to add to your visit list. A plethora of top notch restaurants and dining/drinking options.

The home is designed to comfortably host a wide range of stays—from family gatherings and wedding parties to race-weekend groups or relaxed weekend getaways—without feeling crowded or impersonal.

Owned and cared for by us for many years, the property has been thoughtfully renovated over time to blend character with modern convenience. It’s a home meant to be lived in and enjoyed, offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere rather than a typical short-term rental feel.

Location is a standout feature. Being just a block and a half from the historic Saratoga Race Course is a true rarity, especially for larger groups. Guests can easily walk to the track during racing season (early July through Labor Day), while still enjoying a peaceful, residential setting. Downtown Saratoga Springs, Skidmore College, and many historic attractions are close by, making it easy to explore without relying on a car.

Beyond Saratoga, the property serves as an ideal home base for outdoor adventure, with quick access to the Adirondack Mountains, Lake George, nearby lakes, hiking trails for all skill levels, and top ski resorts.
