Completely renovated and updated full house in Saratoga, close to Downtown and the Track and minutes away from Saratoga Performing Arts Center and the State Park with the famous mineral springs and Geyser- direct dedicated bike path to The State Park where you can enjoy miles of paved trails, the Geyser Creek(fishing allowed), bbq pavilions, spring water pools, golf course, restaurant, natural carbonated mineral springs. Close by amenities include Saratoga Spa Golf Course, Spas, Hannaford Grocery store within 5 minutes, Stewarts Shops for their famous ice cream , banks. The open concept, fully equipped kitchen/living room is warm and inviting and features an electric fireplace and a big screen smart TV. Expansive Primary suite plus 3 other bedrooms and another full bath complete the main level, while on the lower level you will find a second Livingroom/family room with a big screen smart TV, 5th bedroom, full bath with washer and dryer, and a heated/cooled game room with pool table, ping pong table, darts, Chess set, Backgammon set, Rummy Cube Game, Rummy Card Game Kit, bar stools, and a second full size fridge. Back yard is generous- Hot Tub will ensure a relaxing environment YEAR ROUND, while the pool will ensure the family fun in the summer months, plus a Pagoda with seating and dual heat "firetable"(cold months)/or dining table in the summer, and a cozy wood burning firepit area with comfy chairs and wool blankets(please bring your own wood). Extremely convenient location. Central AC and hot air heat system. Home will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay- we are conscientious of the times we l live in and want to safeguard everyone. Sheets and towels are provided and professionally cleaned. Sorry, NO PETS allowed. Security cameras in the front and back, overlooking back yard and pool area.

The host was very quick to answers questions prior to stay, Great communication during stay. The house was perfect for our mother daughter girls weekend get away for 7 of us. Very clean and had everything we needed! The beds were all comfortable! Large house with more than enough room. Hot water for all of us to shower every morning! Enjoyed the game room and hot tub! Can’t wait to stay here again!

I can’t say enough about our stay here. As soon as we walked in it was clean, smelled great, and we were welcomed with welcome package of water and chips! It was everything we needed and provided more than enough space and activities for 9 of us on a golf trip! Would absolutely recommend!

My family had a wonderful weekend! The 2nd annual “Girl’s Weekend” with my sister, nieces, cousins and in-laws was perfect! We had plenty of space for the 10 of us and we did some shopping and wine tasting in Saratoga! We loved sitting by the fire and catching up on everyone’s jobs, kids, husbands/boyfriends and shared many great memories! Location was perfect, house was clean and warming, hot tub was fantastic, and all other amenities were excellent! Great getaway for all of us!!

The location of the property was perfect for our purpose. Everything was between 5-7 miles. The town of Saratoga was very close. The accomodations were perfect. Plenty of room for a large family. Our family had a great vacation at this property. Location was great - close to the race track, which was the reason for our visit. We were with extended family, ages ranging from 6 to 75, and everyone had something to keep them busy within the property! Pool and hot tub were clean and the pool table was a big hit. It was beneficial to have the extra refrigerator in the basement too. Property and house are very well maintained!

This property is clean and well maintained and felt welcoming and homey. It had everything we needed for our stay. It seems the hosts have put a lot of thought into how to make the guests stay as easy and pleasant as possible - like plenty of both towels and beach towels for use with the pool and hot tub. The backyard is amazing for family gathering! Also, great communication from the host!

Excellent stay near everything in Saratoga

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was perfect for our needs. The house has ample sleeping, the kitchen was stocked with utensils, and the amenities were much appreciated by all. We especially enjoyed the use of the fire pit and the pool. Would highly recommend!

The house was very nice very roomy, ping pong & pool were a nice bonus. Could use a little more seating (a 2nd couch) to watch the game. by far the best option in the area.

Winter Family Reunion

This was a lovely property in a great neighborhood that was perfect for small family reunion this winter. The home was well stocked and nicely set up. We even had the advantage of our host showing up to help shovel us out from some unexpected snow, which was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend!
