Perfect location situated between racetrack and downtown. Everything was an easy walk and it was great to come back and relax on the porch. Plenty of room for our group to spread out and have their own space. Highly recommend!
Another wonderful stay in this gorgeous home! Loved walking into town for dinner and New Year’s Eve festivities! The house is so accommodating and Fred, the host, is fantastic! Highly recommend!
We loved the house! It was clean, well-equipped, and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The host was responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend!
Great house, just like pictured and walking distance to it all. Fred was incredibly generous in letting us change our dates after I mistakenly booked the wrong dates. He was very flexible and even gave us an early check-in/late check out as well. I would definitely return!
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful home. It is in a great neighborhood. The house was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed him. Beautifully updated and decorated. House was CLEAN. Beds are extremely comfortable. Very detailed instructions on how to use everything in the house. Would definitely stay here again.
We had short stay as we were headed further North. The home was perfect for our needs and the owner was very responsive. We enjoyed the town. I hope to return again someday during racing season and I would certainly consider staying at this home if available.
This house is absolutely gorgeous! Lots of room for our family and friends, and five teenagers. We walked into town each night for dinner, and took in the surrounding community, which is just breathtaking. Fred was a super responsive host, and made check in and check out easy!
We were able to enjoy all Saratoga has to offer from the perfect, walkable location to everything. The kitchen had all the essential equipment for passers-through and the patio was also a big in - on the side of the house with nice shade all day, we spent most of our time outside when we weren't at the track or downtown! Beds were comfortable, the host as wonderful with communication. Highly recommend!
The house was great - all the charm of an old Saratoga house, but with modern updates and so clean. Fred was friendly and available for anything we needed. Hope I get to enjoy this property again!!
Our family (8) stayed for a family Saratoga Thanksgiving. The location to Broadway was perfect. We walked everywhere. There is also a park a few blocks away which we took advantage of with our grandson. The house had the perfect layout for privacy for each couple. And the kitchen and dining room area was perfect for morning coffee talk and after dinner conversations. I highly recommend this rental if you have several people, especially couples. It’s very accommodating. Clean. And the location is perfect if you like to walk.
We wanted to be together as an extended family for a spectacular wedding weekend, this fit the bill to a “T”. Walkable to every location, beautifully appointed, clean and thoughtfully communicative owners, this was an A+ weekend thanks to this property, location and owner. It was everything promised and more.
Our wedding schedule didn't leave time for walking into town, we only drove. But the house is a great location for doing that. Beautiful neighborhood, really nice, comfortable house. I had a few simple questions for Fred and he responded immediately.
House was clean and neat, nice decor, great location between the track and downtown. A lot more space than some of the other properties we stayed in. Fred was available if needed, great host. If you like summers in Saratoga, this is the place.
The house has charm and character. Kitchen is a great gathering place. Location is perfect, we walked to Caroline Street and Broadway everyday and night even in the bitter cold. Fred is a great host and reached out throughout or stay. Beds were comfortable.

Jason, It was great to host you and your friends. Consider visiting again in the warmer months for even more fun!
The house was the perfect rental for our family and friends. The house had extra beds, pack n play, high chair... the location was also perfect. Walk to town but quiet street. The house was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. Fred was easy to reach and check in went smooth. I would love to rent it again.
We enjoyed our stay at this home. The bed we slept in (room with sitting area) was very comfortable. We were able to choose our on PIN to get into the home. The location was wonderful, quiet and close to everything we needed. We had a small issue that was quickly resolved by the owner. We would recommend this property to anyone who has the privilege of staying in Saratoga Springs!
Fred's property checks every box for a visitor to Saratoga Springs, NY. First, its location on the town's historic east side is perfect, with just a five minute walk to the race course's main gate in one direction and the east entrance to Congress Park in the other. The bustling energy of downtown's Broadway, replete with offerings for foodies and shoppers alike, is also easily walkable from the house. The home's charm pops from the moment you walk into the foyer and fix your eyes on the gorgeous equine portrait that graces the parlor. Even the creak of certain floorboards appropriately echo the history of the home. The accommodations are plentiful, with four bedrooms scattered throughout the house, and even a bonus room upstairs with a pull-out sofa. A spacious kitchen comfortably sat eight of us (with a temporary furniture shift) and three full baths made cleaning up convenient for our group. Bath towels, linens, and coffee pods are provided. We had zero issues during our stay but the line of communication with the owner was open from the outset if we had. Situated on George Street, in the shadow of some of Union Avenue's historic mansions, this gem of a home will certainly meet all of your needs with a subtle but memorable flair.
Our host Fred was a pleasure - quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Checking in and out was smooth with keypad entry. He provided a personalized welcome packet for us including all the info we’d need. The home built in 1870 has been beautifully restored. The large island in the kitchen became the gathering place along with the shaded side porch. Being an older home there are some steeper stairs and a few quirky twists and turns to the different bedrooms but it all added to the overall charm! The location was perfect for us. Close and walkable to the track and downtown but quiet at the same time. Can’t wait to return!
