Offers High Speed Fiber Optic Internet, Two High Definition TV's with Smart Capabilities, Spacious Living Space with a chic sofa bed that sleeps one. Dining area, Bedroom with Queen Bed and Full Size Body Mirror & Storage in closet. Sleep during the day with the room darkening window treatments in bedroom for professionals who work overnight. Kitchen with all the necessities for cooking/eating, with coffee maker (coffee included). Bathroom has all toiletries and hair dryer with diffuser.
Video Doorbell outside of front door for safety. range-10 FT, Facing the street. Motion is captured when someone approaches or rings the bell. This is to combat parties and extra guest that tend to happen. I may reside in a residence next door during your stay, and can be made available to you should you have any trouble with the rental
