Perennial Vacation Club at Daytona Beach Shores- Two Bedroom Villa

Concierge Realty is proud to present the Perennial Vacation Club at Daytona Beach.

We are able to offer 7-night weekly rentals with check-in on Saturdays only.

There is no telephone in the unit, no housekeeping services during your stay, coin-operated laundry facilities on-site, only one parking space per unit (no campers or trailers permitted), and guest must remove all trash from the unit upon check out.

There is construction onsite. Guests may experience noise and construction equipment onsite. The pool and deck area are closed and there is no beach access onsite; guests can access a walkway to the beach about a 4-minute walk from the property.
Projected construction completion is the second week of December 2025.

In Florida's popular and vacation-friendly city of Daytona Beach Shores, Perennial Vacation Club at Daytona Beach offers guests the quintessential oceanfront escape. A swimming pool and tennis court are on site for guests to enjoy, as is all the entertainment afforded by Florida beaches! Twenty three miles of white and sandy beaches stretch along Daytona Beach's coast. The Halifax River also provides an outlet for aquatic activities, and the nearby St. Augustine makes for a historical and fun-filled day trip. The Kennedy Space Center is worthy of a partial day trip, just 40 miles away. Orlando and all its fabulous attraction are less than an hour away.

This beachfront resort promises you the vacation of your dreams. The tropical decor makes every day seem sunny and bright, and all units have private balconies and full kitchens for maximum convenience.

Year-round warm weather sets the background for fun when you're in Daytona. Comb the white sands of Daytona Beach in search of seashells, or take to the water in a chartered fishing boat. You can hang over the depths of the Atlantic in a parasail, or enjoy a full Las Vegas-style casino gaming experience on Sun Cruz Casino. The beachfront location of the PVC at Daytona Beach and its central location near the area's many attractions make this an ideal place to stay year-round. While the resort is oceanfront, the rooms are not.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
