Relaxing stay in perfect location

My stay at Jeremy’s place was great. The space is big and perfect for 2 or 3 people. The kitchen was well stocked with nice supplies, and I loved the multiple patios for eating and reading outside. The condo complex is quiet and this unit is more private than expected due to the trees outside. The location is wonderful - right near Barton Springs and Zilker, and there’s a market right across the street if you need anything. Definitely would stay again, and Jeremy was communicative and helpful throughout.

A+ Condo Rental

A+ condo rental - clean and comfortable for a long term stay! You can't beat the location being right near Barton Springs Pool, Zilker Park and nearby walking trails, and it's not far from downtown. The listing is exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies you need making us feel right at home. The bed was comfortable and black out curtains helped keep the room dark in the mornings. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with our entire 6 week visit. The desk and office chair in the second bedroom was clutch while working remotely. This is the perfect home away from home for any short or long term stays! I don't have anything negative to report on this rental. Will definitely book again next time we visit Austin!

Great place in Barton Hills!

I loved this area, and the apartment. I moved down to Austin from Chicago and needed a month stay before I found my permanent place. The owner (Jeremy) was incredibly communicative and the entire process was smooth. The place is spacious and served its needs. Close to downtown, Zilker Park, and Baton Springs. Just book it!
