Charming apartment, recently renovated, 5 min walk from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and two single beds), equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace with seaview , lift, garage and swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09.

The apartment is located right in the center of Aguadulce, close to supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops.

Aguadulce is a very pretty seaside town with an exceptional seaside to walk or bicycle. Proximity to Almería (7km) and Roquetas de Mar. Discos nearby and beautiful beaches. Excellent climate throughout the year. All services available. International airport 25 min., The best golf courses 5-10 min. Water park, Aquarium, theater, highway, shopping centers, etc., all in a few minutes.

Très bien situé. Propre. Agréable

Nous avons passé huit semaines très agréable dans ce logement. Logement très propre, lumineux. Literie confortable. Propriétaire très accessible et charmant. Proche de Almeria, Cabo de gata, desert de Tabernas, randonnées... Plage à 5mn à pieds, commerces également, supermarchés, restaurants, bars à tapas... Seul bémol, l'accès au garage n'est pas facile, parcontre il y a toujours des places autour et c'est très tranquille.

Comodidad y encanto.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, tiene buenas vistas y está decorado con sencillez pero buen gusto. Tiene buenas instalaciones y la zona es tranquila y agradable. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones magníficas.
