This incredible direct oceanfront condo in the Ocean Vistas building has 2 huge balconies with Amazing Ocean views for picturesque sunrise mornings and also amazing sunset views over the Inter-coastal waterway. Enjoy spectacular ocean views from most of the rooms. Relax at night in the family room with 65" Flat screen TV. If space is what you need, this is the place with three separate master suites - each with private baths and walk in closets. The master suite has killer views and features sliders to the large 500 square foot balcony with built in grill. The other 2 master suites open to a balcony which gives sunset views over the intercoastal waterway. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with center island prep sink and convection ovens also give great Ocean views. The family room also has fantastic views of the ocean and of course high speed internet with WIFI is included. Offers 2 Kings and a queen, 2 single roll-aways (holds upto 150lbs) If you need additional sleeping options this unit also provides an inflatable queen bed upon request. The Ocean Vistas building Amenities include an oceanfront fitness center, a pool heated to 80 degrees year round, a Jacuzzi, business center, and a club room with pool table, TV, wet bar and refrigerator. There is gated underground parking for 2 vehicles with 24/7 security. The Main Street pier and Boardwalk are close and Ocean Vistas is located about 10 minutes from Daytona International Speedway and Airport and less than an hour and a half from Orlando airport, Disney World, Universal Studios theme park, Sea World and Kennedy Space Center.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were everything you wanted it to be. The unit was so spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there due to it being well stocked. My favorite spot was the ocean front balcony. We didn’t feel far away, it was the perfect location. The beds were very comfortable and we loved our spring break stay.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean but weren’t able to spend much time out there because of the weather. The unit is spacious and comfortable for the 6 people. The living room needs blinds or curtains but overall very nice space. The kitchen needed a few additional things but we did cook in the room quite a bit.

Condo was wonderful! Never checked into a cleaner home and furnishings were so comfortable. Rooms were spacious and just beautiful views from Oceanside and streetside. Very large pool on oceanfront and secure garage parking were a huge bonus. VRBO hosts were phenomenal. Wouldn’t change a single thing!

Milestone Celebration

Booked this place for my parents' 6oth Anniversary and it was perfect! High end rental and a lot of space and amenities and the staff was super helpful. Weather wasn't the best so it was nice having a place where we could stay in and relax...and the veranda was amazing, overlooking the ocean. This place exceeded our expectations. Super nice place. Roomy, comfortable, and fun. A couple of suggestions; with a condo this large, you need more than a two-slice toaster, and the outdoor sushi have seen better days…… in fact they’ve died.

Very nice, comfortable and clean. Lot of room for a large group. Each full bath has a large tub. Beautiful views from both balconies. Need to add the fans back to the balcony, need to add coverings for the sliding door in living room to help with heat. Master is hot, maybe provide fans or a small room unit. We could not get the sliding doors to lock.

Stunning Daytona Beach Condo

We loved literally everything about this beautiful condo. We didn’t want to leave and my friends are talking about purchasing one at this location. It was extremely private and had everything you could possibly need. The staff on site was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived - from the property manger to the facilities personnel. The condo is gorgeous inside - the pictures are amazing but don’t do it justice. Truly spectacular! It deserves more than five stars. The price was hard to believe and I would pay twice this for a place this nice. Easily one of the most impressive places I’ve ever stayed.

Yearly Family Vacation

Ocean Vistas is a beautiful property conveniently located in the area where we have vacationed for 35 +years. The unit was beautifully decorated and appointed and spacious for our family. We love the beach and pool. The only negative I have is about parking. There simply needs to be more or have a dependable alternative. If you rent a unit that accommodates 10 people, it is likely that more than 2 cars are involved to get there especially if children are part of the group. Finding a place to park a third car un the area was very inconvenient. Otherwise, we would love to return to Ocean Vistas.

Rebound condo rental

We had a condo rented at Sanibel at Daytona beach shores for many months and the day we were checking in the owner called to say that the previous renters had trashed the place and he cancelled our condo after we were almost there. I was not aware that Vrbo owners could cancel up until check in time. We know now! We spoke to Vrbo representative for hours on the phone and finally we were able to get a room at ocean vistas. We went from 4 bedrooms to 3 but it worked for us. We are still waiting to get a refund from Vrbo for the difference in the amount we had to pay. They said they would pay the difference and put us up in a motel for one night. Hotel was awful with being assigned insecure rooms with other people occupying the room the motel personnel gave us. We left and got our own motel. Very stressful day but Peggy at ocean vista was very helpful! Beautiful condo!

Vacation for two couples

Outstanding hosts!. Certainly not the same old "Ill text you a code and you are on your own. Peggy called prior to our stay gave us great advice on restaurants and nightly entertainment. Once we arrived they meet us at front door, gave us a detailed tour of the property and showed us to the condo. Condo was as shown in pictures, great space, new carpeting, very clean and the balcony was awesome. Facilities at the complex are great which includes gym, pool, hot tub, meeting areas for work and pool table room. The condo was filled with more than enough kitchen utensils, paper towels, and all the items you need for a weeks stay. Laundry room was a nice addition along with the towels that were provided. We walked the beach each day and we all thought we were staying in the nicest condo on the beach. If you book this condo you will not be disappointed. Great job Peggy!. We will most definitely call Peggy the next time we visit Daytona Beach!!
