WOW! 3 bedroom Oceanfront :Luxury Condo w 2 "king" oceanfront master suites

This unit is a large, professionally decorated, 2,358 sq. ft., 3 bd / 2.5 bath unit with a huge 400+ sq. ft. oceanfront balcony. The building is about 15 years new with 10 ft. ceilings, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, etc, and is one of the nicest, if not the nicest building on the beach. There are 2 “oceanfront” master suites with king size beds, wall hung tv’s, rocking chairs, and both have balcony access. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, & a rocker in it. All of the bedrooms have large flat screen tv's along with dvd players. The living room has a large 50" “smart” flat screen tv in it, a fireplace, dvr, dvd player, a large couch and 3 oversized comfortable sitting chairs. The gourmet kitchen has 2 granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a granite island with a separate sink, a built in wine cooler, kuerig coffee pot, a normal coffee pot, 2 blenders, and much, much more. It also has high speed internet, wifi, beach chairs, umbrella's, toys, etc. The "oceanfront" balcony has a 6 top dining room table and chairs, chaise lounge. 2 resin rockers and a built in Jenn Aire grill. All of this located on the preferred "2nd floor clubhouse level" which is the equivalent of the 3rd floor above the beach and where most of the building amenities are. This building has a state of the art exercise room with built in tv's, an internet / conference room, clubhouse with a pool table, tv & fireplace, and a huge additional sundeck for your use. The outdoor salt water pool is both beautiful and heated and it also has a hot tub, fire pit, and sauna. It is only a few miles from the airport and race track and very close to everything here locally and is only about an hour from Disneyworld, St. Augustine, and the Kennedy Space Center. In the summer, week ends, and busier season, the city usually puts the lifeguard tower right in front of this building which is great for the kids. They also have a concierge during the week to answer any questions that you might have and they generally have a security guard on the property at night.

Wonderful vacation

We had an amazing vacation. Craig was an exceptional host who gave a great tour of the property. The condo is beautiful. The pictures do not show how lovely it is. The views of the ocean and sunrise were magnificent. We truly enjoyed our vacation and hope to be back soon.

Amazing condo!!

We stayed at Ocean Vistas for Spring Break and I can not recommend this condo enough! Craig gave us a tour as soon as we arrived and was very helpful throughout our stay. The condo is spacious and had everything you could possibly need. The ocean view from our balcony was breathtaking. We will be back!

We stayed here for 5 days. The condo is gorgeous!. 2 primary suites that have access to the balcony. BEAUTIFUL views of the ocean on an extra large balcony. Will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. Craig went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. He welcomed us with a personal tour of the building when we arrived and stayed in contact throughout the week to ensure our stay was going well. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We particularly enjoyed the extra-large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. We look forward to returning to this condo for another vacation.

PERFECT PROPERTY!

As we walked off the elevator and approached the double doors, I knew it was gonna be nice! Great location, quiet complex, spacious condo, huge balcony with a grill. Pool and Hot Tub are great! Some beach accesses at other locations are being reconstructed because of last year's hurricane, but this complex' access was perfect. We didn't want to leave!

Beautiful condo and location!

Craig was absolutely wonderful to deal with when we got there. Communication was above expectations and he showed us around everything when we arrived. We felt very well informed of all the things needed to know for our stay. The condo and view itself. What can I say. Best place so far we have ever stayed each year we have come down. Beautiful view from the balcony and we spent most of our time when at the condo on that balcony overlooking the ocean view. We will be considering this our yearly stay each year.

Absolutely Perfect – Our Favorite Vacation Stay Ever!

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be special. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need (and more!). The attention to detail made us feel truly cared for—everything from the fluffy towels to the well-equipped kitchen was top-notch.The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and private. A week in Paradise!

Very well appointed and clean. Beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. It was wonderful to hear the surf all day and night, especially at night. Craig was very responsive. The coffee maker broke one morning and he had a replacement over the same day. Can't do without coffee!!! The beach in this part of Daytona is a bit out of the hubbub to the north and very walkable and pleasant. We could spot dolphins almost every day, as well as the ubiquitous pelicans, a few ospreys and egrets, and other shore birds. The stairs down to the beach from the pool area are not reconstructed yet, but you have easy beach access through the garage and a public staircase just beside the condo building. The only glitch was that I arrived after 11pm and could not enter the condo building's foyer. My BIL had met with Craig for the 3pm walkthrough and he had all the correct instructions for a later entrance. There was supposed to be an attendant on site to open the front door, but was not there. Fortunately my BIL was reachable and I didn't have to spend the first night on the street! Also, WiFi is excellent; cell service inside was spotty (Verizon). All in all, I would definitely recommend this property, and may return in the future.

Beautiful facility. Exceptionally clean accommodations. Amazing sunrises. Mere steps from the beach, and convenient to everything. Bikettoberfest was in full swing, but you couldn’t tell, unless you were looking for the bikes. Super easy check in and very accommodating host. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

This is a very nice building that is quiet. We had our dog with us, and the building has a dog park steps away from our door. The condo is on the 2nd floor and close to all the building amenities. I feel the space is larger than it looks in the photos. The owner met us at the condo, shown us the underground parking spot, shown us the around the building and answered our questions about what is around the area. This is a very nice setup and had everything we needed.

Wasnt expecting to be disturbed by construction

The condo was beautiful - fully equiped. The ocean was right there in full view. If you are immobile at all it was difficult to access beach and pool. We rented the condo for 2 weeks and 2 days in construction started above us...we had to listen to jackhammers for 2 days then pounding and hammering for the rest of the first week. The second week we listened to banging and hammering thru wednesday. It was supossed to be a respite trip after a long year of medical issues and ended up quite the opposite. I think we should have been given the option to leave with a refund...that would have been the proper thing to do. Craig, though very nice, claimed he wasnt aware of any construction planned but didnt have a solution that was suitable to us when the construction occurred.

Thanksgiving 2021

Fabulous property with every amenity you would like and even more! Spacious, spotless, elegant, and welcoming. Huge patio with grill and the oceanfront view was expansive and gorgeous. Convenient to everything. gas fireplace, every kitchen small appliance you could imagine (fondue maker was fun one evening!). Gym, sauna, pool table room, rotating library were all used by my party. Owner was welcoming and thorough. Couldn’t have dreamed a better vacation, willl be back!

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we love the building, the oceanfront balcony and the floor plan. We love the idea that when we go to the beach with another family, that we both get our own master suites right on the ocean and that they both access the oceanfront deck. The kids get the 3rd bedroom and the place is so big, that none of us get in each others way. The balcony is easily twice the size of most any other building and it is very private, unlike many of the other buildings in the area. The kitchen is to die for and my husband loves the workout room which he says has better equipment than most fitness centers.
