Situated in the historic town of Truckee on 600 acres of towering pines and blue sage covered hills, Old Greenwood, Lake Tahoe's premier four season luxury resort, offers a magnificent setting for the discriminating Lake Tahoe vacationer. Built in 2019, this 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom residence is located in one of the newest enclave of luxury cabins in Old Greenwood - the Signature Home Collection. A modern take on the classic 4-bedroom single family residence, this home combines classic mountain architecture and clean modern interiors. The open floor plan features an expansive great room with 2-story vaulted ceilings, and a spacious kitchen with Wolf and KitchenAid appliances, as well as a wine cooler. Off of the main floor are two primary bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs offers a lofted living area with a TV as well as a bonus room with a sleeper sofa! Two more guest suites are privately situated off of the loft: one king bedroom, and one bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and one twin-over-twin bunk bed. Outside, an expansive deck with a hot tub, Weber grill and deck furniture with an umbrella is the perfect place for enjoying a Truckee sunset!

Located just steps away is The Pavilion (available at an extra fee), Old Greenwood's family oasis, that consists of an adult pool, family pool, kiddie splash pool, water slides, hot tub, playground, tennis, volleyball, basketball, games room, fitness center and spa. Old Greenwood truly offers something for everyone - kids and kids at heart!

*Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $85 per night for up to 12 registered people. ***Please note that if you choose to have access to the Pavilion, the fee will be collected for each night for the duration of your stay. There will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 adults plus 3 children under the age of 13. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $50/night will be charged for up to 2 dogs. No cats or other pets permitted.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
