If booking in June, please note: Due to repairs, the pool and hot tub are expected to be closed starting June 7th. The pool will reopen June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These dates for repair are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below.

3 Bedroom Townhome. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king size bed and en suite full bathroom. Upstairs you'll find the two additional bedrooms and a loft. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and the loft has a sleeper sofa and TV. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a half bathroom on the first floor.

Newer 3 bedroom townhome located in Rim Village Vista, 5 miles south of downtown Moab. The development is very popular with vacationers and offers a pool, hot tub, playground and tennis / basketball court. This townhome has a fully equipped kitchen to help save you money and the 3 bedrooms and loft area will give plenty of space for everyone. The double car garage is great for storing your toys and there is additional parking on the street next to the townhome.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Everything was wonderful!

This was perfect for our family of 6. There was plenty of room for everyone and the unit was very clean! We had a great time and will definitely be back and look to book this unit again!

Great Stay!

The rental was perfect for our group. Beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and blankets, and everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed except for forks and spoons, those were in short supply. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Very nice

Overall a great visit. Complex was pretty empty for most of the trip due to Covid-19, but it was a nice place, well maintained, with room for our whole family. Well stocked and easy to get in an out of as well. We would happily stay there again if we're in the area.

It's a little trip to downtown Moab, about 5 miles, and another 5 to Arches, but that was the only draw back. Kitchen was very well stocked with decent equipment. Decor was just right, not too much stuff sitting around so we had room to put our own stuff. Garage worked great, and although the condo is near a major road, it was quiet. Our few interdictions with management involved a couple of questions, and Nicole was very helpful.

Moab getaway great location

Moab is one of our favorite places to go wheeling and we try to stay in the Moab Rim condos whenever we go with friends and family. Usually a large group of friends so the bedroom configuations work out great. This unit is convenient and at the front of the property. Great parking for large trailers and trucks too next to the unit. This units garage is a bit strange with not a lot of space in front of it due to the other units. Only the garage is where the vehicle can sit otherwise over 2 Jeeps or cars need to park on the street. Unit is clean and has all the amenities of home to make it easy to be at home there. Overall it was great. The check in process was simple and all was great. Thanks for another great stay in Moab.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been to this development a couple of times, and had hoped we’d found a unit with a view. The photos are a little misleading as they look like they were taken before development happened around this unit. There was very little privacy with a street outside and trucks parked on it. They need some bottom up blinds to keep the view of the mountain skyline and block out vehicles and houses.

Hi William - Thank you for taking the time to share your experience staying in the property. We recently updated the photos for this property in Sept 2023 and since then there have been no additional developments to block the views. The weekend that you visited Moab was very busy. When it is busier, this then requires guests to park their extra vehicles on the main road that is slightly in front of this property. We truly wish that we could regulate where larger vehicles park, but this unfortunately is out of our control. We will look into getting bottom-up blinds to try to block vehicles as best as we can for the busier seasons. The complex where this condo is located is one of the very few locations in Moab that provides an almost full view of the red rocks and La Sals mountains without other buildings, . fully blocking the view. The complex is located slightly outside of Moab which also allows guests to have more open spaces versus the compact downtown area where viewpoints are unlikely within a property. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback! We hope you had an amazing time in Moab overall!

The outdoor grill igniter switch does not work so at the last minute I had to prepare our food on the stovetop. The next day I found a firestarter that I could have used to start the grill.Great location for our needs. Lots of atv's that week in our location.The property was well maintained,could use more soap in the shower,will bring our own next time. We did eat out at the Blue Pig restaurant which was delicious and not crowded when we ate there. All in all a great unit for six people.

Loved this place! Beautiful view, great location, perfect amenities, and a clean and cozy home. We had everything we needed and more and we loved having access to a garage for our rigs.
