Featuring a gorgeous outdoor pool, a convenient gas grill nearby the pergola, and outdoor lighting, this family-friendly retreat boasts fun for all ages and without leaving the property. Step inside to three levels of amazing and sleek decor and state-of-the-art amenities throughout. On the first floor, you'll find one of the bedrooms along with a wet bar and direct access to the patio where the pergola, private gas grill, and pool. (Pool is NOT heated) Moving up to the second and main floor, you'll be welcomed by tile flooring throughout and a spacious living area with plenty of sitting room, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertops, and a furnished balcony overlooking the pool. And last, but not least, you'll find the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the third floor.

In a great location close to Padre Blvd and within walking distance to everything South Padre Island has to offer, you won't find anything like Oleander Paradise - Unit A. When you are not relaxing in the fantastic pool, spend your days exploring the beach, rent a golf cart, take kiteboarding lessons, and discover all the local restaurants and souvenir shops. In the evening during the summer, admire the fireworks show that lights up the island sky! The famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark is three miles south for endless family-friendly entertainment.

Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.

This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
