Fairway Villas N2 is an elegantly decorated ground floor, 2-bedroom condo in a fantastic location at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Only a short walk away from shops, restaurants, golf and beaches, N2 is located across the fairways from the Kings Shops and boasts panoramic views of the golf course and Hualalai Mountain. The condo's decor is reminiscent of a boutique Hawaiian hotel and features brand new Tommy Bahama furnishings, premium mattresses and a well-stocked kitchen! The open concept main living space will beckon you to the outdoor lanai where one can enjoy the stunning views and resort surrounds. The master bedroom has a serene ambiance, with tropical hardwood floors, a king-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The guest bedroom can be made to have either a king bed or two twin beds, and is nearby the guest bathroom. Other amenities of this turn key property include central air conditioning, wifi, new HDTV televisions, a washer/dryer and a dedicated parking stall. To complete the resort vacation experience, guests will enjoy complimentary access to the Fairway Villas amenity center, where a private infinity pool, hot tub, fitness center and outdoor BBQ pavilion are available.

Very nice unit and resort property. Pool was very nice and comfortably heated. Beach just a few blocks away, unit has beach chairs and boogie boards for guest use, very enjoyable. Management responded quickly to resolve minor issue with one of the bedroom tvs. Good value for a pricey area. Would stay again if property available.

Great Vacation

We had a great stay in Waikoloa. Location of this complex is good walking distance to beach and shops. Good amenities in the complex. The unit was clean and comfortable. Had a cooler and beach chairs along with lots of towels. Umbrella was broken so couldn’t use it. Had all the kitchen amenities we needed however an actual toaster instead of toaster oven would be a nice addition. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend this unit.

Big Island Resort

Beautiful place to stay on the west side of the Big Island. The condo was nicely updated and had all of the amenities needed. We had breakfast daily on the lanai and grilled out for dinner a couple of nights. There are several grills located near the unit. It is walking distance to the Queen and Kings shopping centers and restaurants. You are driving through barren lava fields to the resort but the resort itself is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and flowering bushes. It is about a half hour drive to Kona and twenty minutes to the airport. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great location and immaculate unit.

I’ve stayed in Fairway Villas in the past and love the location. This particular unit was ground floor and we spent every morning and evening sitting out on the patio enjoying our meals. We could watch the golfers and had a great sunset vantage point. Quick walk to the market for food and souvenirs. Could walk to restaurants as well. Lovely pool for nighttime swims. Also a quick exit to highway to get to beaches. Unit had everything we needed and it was sparkling clean. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit. You won’t be sorry.

Wonderful place, Hidden Surprises

We just spent last week at this place and it was great. The location is wonderful, we could walk to both the Queen shopping center for groceries or the King center for amazing shaved ice and restaurants. Highly recommend Fosters. Wish we would have known there were boogie boards, sand toys, and pool noodles in the lanai closet. (Found then the last day right before we left) we did find the four beach chairs, umbrella, and igloo in the bedroom closet day one, that was really nice. We spent most of our time at the beach or the pool. Highly recommend this place. Just wish we knew all the amenities ahead of time. But now you know! Also bring your own shampoo if you want more than just a small hotel size portion for your stay.
