A very pleasant villa with a pool, secluded and surrounded by a pine forest. A quiet, secluded villa with a pleasant atmosphere in the heart of nature. You’ll have access to 3 comfortable private bedrooms, each equipped with the essentials (bed, TV, closet, dressers—varies by room). The rest of the house features a bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, TV, and sofa, a game room (pinball machine, arcade games, pool table...), and a gym. Free Wi-Fi. The garden features a barbecue, pizza oven, and outdoor furniture (picnic tables, lounge chairs, etc.). Parking available. Garden and large swimming pool. Located 5 minutes from Limoux and 25 minutes from Carcassonne. 1 hour from the ocean, 1 hour from the mountains. Hiking trail right next door.
