DIRECT OCEAN VIEW BALCONY-STUDIO-NEW POOL!

Our studio condo is bigger than most hotel rooms with 530 square feet. One bed is a queen murphy bed and the other a queen hide a bed. If you have 4 adults it will be a tight fit, like staying in a double queen hotel room. But it has a full kitchen and a direct ocean front balcony. Just an FYI to make sure we meet your expectations.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED and support animal documentation from a PHYSICIAN will need to be provided for review.

Our building was built in the 1970's and is not perfect. Everything we are in control of as owners we do 100%, but it is not new construction. Our hope is to keep an oceanfront stay affordable and host guests that appreciate the balcony view, easy beach access, full kitchen and many other amenities. As you can see by our reviews, we have had many happy guests. We hope you will be our next!

Beth is a fantastic host and Laurie was onsite and so helpful with surrounding location details as well as touring he property. The balcony views were incredible and the central Daytona location provided easy access to surrounding restaurants and venues. Super clean apartment, I typically check floor cleanliness at hotels and in rented spaces, this was likely the only place we've been where the floors were actually clean.Highly recommend staying in this apartment.

This condo was very clean, full kitchen, comfortable bed, great view of beach from the room and balcony enjoyed my stay very much. My only complaint was the hot water pipe feeding both bathroom and kitchen sink was restricted causing low flow rate making it hard to use hot water. (The shower was great) That being said I'd love to go back.
