Escape to the beautiful Gulf Shores with your family and friends and stay in our newly upgraded and decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage. With two fully equipped kitchens, living and dining areas on both floors, this cottage provides plenty of space for your group to relax and make memories together.

Not only is this cottage beautifully decorated, it is also pet-friendly for dogs weighing up to 40 pounds (with a fee). Enjoy the convenience of being just steps away from the white sugar sand beach, as well as a short distance from restaurants, live entertainment, and shopping.

Each living area and bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen smart TV for your entertainment. On the top floor, you can open the French doors to the deck and take in the fresh sea breeze while enjoying a meal or just relaxing on the deck.

For your convenience, entry codes will be texted to you on the day of arrival. We also provide a charcoal grill for outdoor cookouts (renter responsible for supplying charcoal). Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the cottage.

This place is great for 2 families or families with older teens with both spaces... We had a great time it was close to everything.. Great restaurants!!! I absolutely loved that we could take our family pet 🤗🤗thank you!!!

Where do I start?

the first day we got to the gulf shores early before our 4pm check in time so that our family could have a full day. we were told we would get a text between 2p-4p with our door code, at 136 i texted and asked if the condo was available before 4 to please let us know, i got no response back, i waited until 430p to call and ask if the condo would be ready and was told “it was ready at 1245 and i sent you a text” i let them know i didn’t receive a text and had texted after that time. they let me know they got my text but that their texting app was not working properly so they could not text out. so naturally you should pick up the phone and call your vacationers to let them know the room is ready and that your system isn’t working so you can’t text out. we finally arrived at the condo to find that the pictures are very misleading and make the place look way better than in person. it’s not cleaned very well and we found a few roaches. which i let them know very quickly with no response. the whole condo needs a new ac unit because it’s very hot in there. they do have a few window units, but i was told they freeze up and stop working. we were missing a roku remote as well. there was no broom to clean up sand. downstairs smells like a dead animal. the grill was rusty and we could not use it. the fans on the balcony didn’t work, balcony door knob was broken. the “twin bed” was a cot! some of the plugs did not work. i recommend detachable shower heads in the showers.

2023 Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the rental unit to a few problems that we addressed with the rental company. A representative came by to discuss the concerns with us and promised to get back to us. The following day I received a text from the rental company asking if all our concerns were taken care of. Once again I told them no they weren’t but we never heard back from them. I tried calling again later that day but got no answer. After that we handled the problems ourselves. While none of the issues were going to ruin our vacation, I do feel that they should have done what they promised they were going to do. As for the condition of the rental, the upstairs was nice but definitely showing wear and tear. The bottom floor was very damp feeling and needed a good cleaning. The representative that came by shortly after we arrived admitted that she had not come by to check the rental before they sent us the door codes and that was why it wasn’t properly cleaned. We would not rent this unit again because of the problems that occurred.

June 2023 Stay

Simple place, close to the beach and hot spots, yet far enough away to feel out of reach with the chaos when you’re ready to settle down for the day. Great for 2 families of the same group to share since it’s a split 2 story with inside connecting. It could use some minor maintenance like central A/C checkup, cleaning of or replacement of the downstairs window unit (it had a mildew smell when in use), and tightening of the door handles. Overall a pleasant place to stay. We enjoyed our time there.
