We enjoyed the closeness of the house to the areas we wanted to see in Acadia. The harbor, carriage trails and gardens close by were a nice extra feature.

Beautiful quiet side of Arcadia, short distance to the national park and trails. Nice clean house, with ample parking. Friendly host, friendly neighbor invited us to share his wonderful wood carvings! If can add a dishwasher would be perfect. Would definitely stay again.

The home smelled of a heavy musty odor. We had booked three nights. We left the first night because of the odor.

We were sorry to hear about this concern and had the home inspected immediately after the guests departed. The reported odor was not detected during the inspection, and we have not received similar concerns from other guests.

So quiet and so comfortable.

Everything you can ask for in a vacation rental and more. The neighborhood is exceptional and a 1/2 mile walk to the downtown shops and marina. Access to popular Bar Harbor and Acadia NP makes this a great base for exploring the Mt Desert Island area.

This is one of the best vacation rentals I stayed in thus far. Cottage is conveniently located near Acadia National Park by car and within a short walk to a quaint little town with good restaurants. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Cottage was clean, beds were comfortable. Brandon responded quickly to inquiries.

Great stay in cozy Northeast Harbor

We enjoyed a lovely week at the Impressions Cottage. The house was perfect - plenty of space in the three bedroom, living room and dining room and a well-stocked kitchen! The patio and backyard picnic table were great. Minutes away from "downtown" Northeast harbor's main drag. You do have to go into Bar Harbor for groceries (or at least more affordable ones) but we enjoyed how quiet and non-touristy Northeast Harbor was. There is also a great marina close by with tennis courts and picnic tables to hang out by the water. The best part was the easy access to Acadia National Park! Highly recommend staying at Impressions Cottage!

Wonderful Property

Excellent property! Very, very clean with all of the necessities! Located close to all areas on the island! Easy reservation and check in/check out! We had a great time! Owners were a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend for families.

Two great weeks

Very nice, practical house in a quiet town close to the park. Was clean and comfortable - a great place to rest and relax after a day out. Owner and property manager are very responsive to any questions. Would stay again
