Freshly renovated & centrally located between Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. Just 10 minutes to either destination. Walkable to many restaurants and Starbucks! Completely private with your own driveway, backyard and entrance.

This home was just completely renovated down to the studs with vacationers in mind! You'll be among the first to enjoy all new furnishings, modern design, new appliances, bathrooms and bedrooms. All mattresses are brand new top rated memory foam and hybrid mattresses. Gigabit WIFI and smart TVs with Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu Live throughout the house.

The first floor features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with high ceilings. The kitchen features durable quartz counters, a built-in dishwasher and is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, serving ware and coffee. The living room has a large cozy sectional.

The second floor features two king bedrooms and a shared full bathroom with a walk in shower and laundry room.

The large private backyard is fenced in with a fire pit and comfortable outdoor seating.

We had a great stay at this newly renovated home in Charleston. The host was fantastic, very responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood which made it easy to relax after a long day out exploring.The location was perfect. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, a Starbucks right around the corner, and it was close to all the main attractions in Charleston and the surrounding areas. We never had to travel far for anything.The home itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston.

Excellent Space

The place looks just as gorgeous as the pictures. Has everything you need (except a broom, does have a mini vacuum). The taste was impeccable. The plethora of games was great. We used the outdoor space to dine. The drive to the beach was easy. The location was great to pick up to go food. Beautiful state park a few miles away. Could not have been more please with our selection.
