I loved that the area is very close to the metro and Eiffel Tower while still feeling like a quiet residential neighborhood. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and useful and the beds were comfy! Communication and check in were easy and it was nice to have a washer/dryer

We couldn't have hoped for a better location. In a quiet street only 5 minutes from the nearest metro station (Bir-Hakeim). It was also only a 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel tower.Loads of good local restaurants. One in particular was called Cafe Le Pierrot. Great atmosphere, great food, inside or outside seating and friendly staff.There's a small grocery store round the corner which has all you need.

Great value

Stayed for 9 nights, great little home base to explore Paris from. Very close to the Eiffel tower and the Paris metro, allowed us to easily get to all the site's to see. Grocery store a block away and in a vibrant neighbourhood with good restaurants and bakeries. Wotld stay again.

Location was good. Bed was good. Sofa was ok as a second bed but sheets didn't fit. Welcome guide was very helpful. Overall it was good for the few nights we were there. Beds and sheets could use a refresh to get to 5 stars.

Excellent Location

For this price, you’re going to be hard pressed to find something in such an awesome location. 0.4 miles from the Eiffel Tower, and on the same block of the metro/L train/bus stop. Bare bones apartment, exactly as shown.

It’s really Nice and Accessible to Everything especially the Train Station or Metro. My Only Complaint is the Washer we can’t figure it out how to Use it. But Overall it’s really Nice

Great location

The apartment is in a great location. Close to the Eiffel Tower but also in an interesting neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. Inside it is well equipped for what you need while staying in Paris - probably you’ll end up being outside most of the day. One thing we missed was a small table for breakfast and dinner with our child. There only is a small couch table

Appartement très bien situé, mais nécessitera des rénovations prochainement

Appartement très bien situé, à moins de 5 minutes de marche de la station de métro Bir Hakeim, à moins de 2 minutes d’une épicerie et moins de 15 minutes de la Tour Eiffel. L’emplacement est magnifique pour bien se déplacer dans la ville. Au niveau de l’hébergement, c’est relativement minimaliste, mais suffisant car nous n’étions pas souvent dans le logement. Quelques ustensiles (2 fourchettes seulement), une table basse qui sert de table à manger, un lit dans un coin. Le logement est fonctionnel, mais pas pour plus de 2 personnes. L’appartement aurait besoin de rénovation, mais au prix des logements à Paris, je comprend que cela n’ait pas été fait. Communication avec l’hôte était facile. Laveuse disponible, séchoir sur le patio, air climatisé portative qui requiert que la porte patio demeure ouverte.

Städtetrip nach Paris

Mit unseren Kids (11 und 12 Jahre) haben wir tolle Tage in dem kleinen Studio verbracht. Von der Vermieterin gab es tolle Tipps, der Check-in und Check-out lief top. Die Lage perfekt vor allem Für abendliche Picknicks am Seine-Ufer.. wir kommen gerne wieder!

Este inmueble es perfecto para alojarse en paris, tiene varias líneas de metro cerca y la ubicación es más que excelente y el barrio es muy bonito. El apartamento en sí también es muy bonito, amplio y para dormir una familia es genial. La propietaria del inmueble es muy amable y responde rápido a todas tus cuestiones. No faltaba nada en el apartamento, estaba todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia cómoda y perfecta. Repetiría sin duda y lo recomendaré a mis amigos.

Great Location for Paris

This was our first trip to Paris and the owner had an entire booklet that was sent to us that listed out places to see, eat at and do. It was extremely helpful! The metro is less than a block away which was the easiest way to travel around Paris. There is like scooter parking directly in front of the building which was perfect. The Eiffel Tower is just a couple blocks away but can’t be seen from the apartment. The apartment itself was super cute and clean. They are planning to get air conditioning soon but opening the windows worked just fine. I felt super safe and never had any problems. Definitely recommend!! Owner is super friendly and easy to work with.
