This cozy 4 bedroom villa with 2 Master Bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms and 2 Twin Bedrooms with a hall bathroom in a gated community is an ideal spot for your Central Florida family vacation. The home features a spacious Living Room with adjacent Dining Area and fully equipped Kitchen. The covered Lanai has a table and chairs, ideal for having a meal or just a few drinks in the evening.

The Master Bedrooms 1 has a Queen-size bed with a large en-suite Bathroom and walk-in Shower. The Master Bedroom 2 has also a Queen-size bed with a large en-suite Bathroom and an over-sized Bathtub/Shower. In addition the home has two Twin Bedrooms with a Hall Bathroom. Both Master Bedrooms feature flat screen Cable TV's. The villa offers free WIFI and Local calls for Guest's use.

After a long day at the Parks cool off in the South facing pool or take a break and hang out on the large pool deck and relax in the sun. The home also has a Pool Table to have some fun.

If you are traveling with small children, there is a Pack 'n' Play, High Chair and Stroller available for your use.

Mission Park is a gated community with a mix of permanent residences and vacation rental villas. A short walk from the villa is the community swimming pool, children's play area and basketball court.

This cozy Villa is ideally located in the gated community of Mission Park on HWY 27 just 3 miles North of Hwy 192 and close to all the Parks and the many Attractions. The drive to the Disney World Gate takes approx. 15 - 20 minutes, to SeaWorld about 30 minutes and the Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes away.

Grocery shopping is nearby including Publix and Walmart. For eating out, there are Restaurants, Pubs, Pizzerias and all major fast-food Chains all located within 3 miles on Hwy 27.

There are many Golf Courses within 20 minutes drive from the villa.

The property was clean comfortable and in a good location. The south facing pool was perfect for teaching our foster son to swim. The location perfect for the parks and nearby restaurants. I will definitely book this property again.

Great Property in a Great Location!

Very happy with our stay! The house is in great condition and the overall layout is very convenient. It's also a good location - close enough to attractions, but not so close as to be in the middle of the traffic.

A Great Stay

We stayed at this property for 7 weeks. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was as advertised. The pool and pool deck were clean and provided a great spot to spend the day. South facing pool meant it was nice and sunny all day and the covered lanai provided shade when we wanted it. Pamela and Willie were attentive property managers and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Nice getaway property

The house was very nice and well furnished with most everything you need. Very nice pool and patio area. Parking is very limited with no street parking signs, but all the neighbors park there day or night. Good location for fast park access.

Hi, we are glad you enjoyed your stay in our rental home. Regarding the parking that you commented on, we feel that 3 parking spaces in the driveway is adequate for a 4 bedroom home. Every community has street parking restrictions, there are signs indicating that there is no parking on one side of the street at all times. In addition to the signs, we detailed the street parking restrictions in the arrival information email that was sent to you. We cannot account for what the neighbors do but we can confirm that there are several short term rental homes in the community and it's fair to say that not everyone follows the rules.

Nice quiet location

I enjoyed my time in this quiet community. It was just the vacation I was looking for. I would recommend renting this house. It was clean and stocked with all the necessities. They even came by to walk the garage cans to the road on garbage day, and back again the next day. I can see how that would help the renter remember garbage day.

This is a beautiful four bedroom 3 bath house two bedrooms have queen size beds and full size bathrooms two bedrooms have two twin beds and share bathroom. The only recommendations that I have for improvements would be to adds ceiling fans, have more than one washcloth in each bathroom, and leave instructions on how to work the tv. Great place!!#

Wonderful find!

This property was a great find! We had 8 people that flew in from all over the country to meet for a family gathering and this place was just fabulous! The layout, the HEATED POOL, the amenities, ... everything was incredibly organized and the owners were very responsive. Having a high chair and pack and play was a huge bonus. The game room... they even had coolers and cooling packs we used at the beach! I would definitely stay here again!

Winter getaway

This was the 2nd year renting this property for 2 months during the winter. Last year we enjoyed the house, but messaged the property managers and suggested a few update. This year when we checked in, there was new living room furniture, new mattresses, a new solar cover for the pool and so many more smaller improvements. The property managers are excellent and any small things that came up during the stay, they addressed ASAP. They are the best we’ve ever worked with and we have rented many VRBOs.

Well equipped comfortable villa

We recently rented this property for 2 weeks for 7 people including 3 children. The villa is comfortable and is equipped with everything you will need. The hosts provided enough essentials for us to manage until we visited Walmart or Publix which are nearby. The children enjoyed the pool and games room. We paid for pool heating which was needed in April. The villa is located in a gated community off highway 27 convenient for Disney parks. Although traffic on the 192 is heavy at peak times, shortcuts down either Avalon Road or Sherberth Road make a good difference. Communication from the hosts was excellent.

Winter stay

We stayed here for almost 2 1/2 months during the winter. Check in was easy, the house was clean, management was very responsive. We had a few minor issues and they were addressed very quickly. There were two couples sharing the home, so having the two en suites was very nice. Plenty of space for all of us. The only negative thing I would say is that the furniture could use an update. But the kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed for evenings we dined in and there was plenty of storage for our things. The pool was kept at a wonderfully comfortable temperature and the solar cover kept it warm on cool night. Patio furniture was comfortable. Overall a very positive experience. We have already rented again for next year.

Geweldig verblijf

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in deze accommodatie. Het was zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo was de keuken uitgerust met een uitgebreide inventaris. Het zwembad en pool deck was groter dan we bij andere accomodaties gewend waren. Door de ligging op het zuiden hebben we de gehele dag zon gehad. Het inchecken ging heel makkelijk en de communicatie was snel en duidelijk. De buurt was erg gemoedelijk en rustig. We hebben erg van de accommodatie genoten.

Family vacation

We have been visiting Orlando every year for a family vacation and we always have stayed at a hotel. This is our second time using Vrbo and rented a home and the experience is great. Owner is very responsive to all of my emails. Home is great and smells great as well. Pool is great and clean. Minor change or update I can suggest is have ceiling fans in all rooms or have enough portable fans. There were only two in the house (4 bedroom) and during summer, the lowest temperature setting of 74 degrees as suggested by the owner/property is not enough to cool down the bedrooms. It is enough to cool down the living room though. One last thing to mention is the door to the pool is hard to open and close. Overall this is still a great house and will book it again next time if it is available.

The property is very well kept There are absolutely loads of dishes, pans, utensils and cooking trays The beds are very comfortable and there are loads of pillows, bedding and towels The house is everything you would want in a holiday home The pool was heated (at a cost) which was used every day by myself it was kept very clean and had a cover over it to keep the heat in All in all I could not fault the property at all The owners were delightful, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them I stayed nearly 5 weeks and would willing return on my next visit One of the best rental I have had in 16 years of visiting Florida

Nice home, nice location

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The layout is very nice with a very comfortable living room and everything you would need in the kitchen. The south facing pool provides plenty of sun. The owners respond very quickly if you have any questions. The home is in a very nice and quiet plat that is only about 10 mi from Disney. All in all, a very nice stay.
