The home was very clean. We appreciated the baby items (pack & play, high chair, pool floats and toys) as we had grandchildren in the area. The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice.

You were right about how nice it is to have pool heat! My wife said the last night we were there in the pool she thought one of the lanai screen sections was loose and flapping. Might have been weird night lighting, but thought you’d better know in case it is really loose and might get worse. Thanks for a great stay, we love this place

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the host was extremely quick to respond whenever we had a question a d very accommodating. A small suggestions would be to upgrade the pillows, as they were quite thin. We also found the location to be a little farther from Disney than expected. It was advertised as being only minutes from Disney, but it was closer to about a 30-minute drive for us.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the property. Thank you for having us!

The house is located in a nice/safe neighborhood. Excellent parking for our one car. Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with personal restrooms which worked out great for us.

Great Stay, would rent again! Check in was smooth, hosts always responded promptly to questions before I booked and arrived. Had Keurig & regular coffee maker which i appreciated. Place was very clean & well appointed. We loved the pool & hot tub, was worth adding heat as it got cool overnight this time of year. Clermont is a tiny bit further than we normally stay but turned out to to not be too far at all, we had out own car as we drove from GA. Any kind of restaurant, coffee shop, supermarket very close by & less mobbed than the ones on 192 which was nice. This was more residential neighborhood than tourist neighborhood but we liked it that way, especially at the end of a long day of fun, going away from the crowds. Pool/Hot tub back up to a pond area which was really nice and made it feel more private. Master bedroom had a ceiling fan (which I love). This place was also very close to Orlando Cat Cafe, about 5 minutes away, which is a fav place to visit for us, check it out if you are nearby. Very nice stay, and we will def rent this place again for future stay is available.

Property was as described, in good shape and clean. Lots of kitchenwares so easy to prepare meals. Loved that there were additional items available for our use such as bbq, laundry hamper, clothes drying rack, etc.Bedding, towels, furnishings and pool were very clean. Floor looked clean but, as someone that walks around barefoot indoors, I could tell it wasn’t recently mopped. That said, floor was clean enough to not feel the need to clean it myself.Neighborhood was quiet. Felt very safe. And only about 20-30 mins to Disney parks!!!

This home exceeded our expectations! The home was perfect for us. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and room for us to hang out together. The beds were very comfy. The pool was perfect and very relaxing. The owners were great with communication. We loved how close we were to shops, restaurants, Kissimmee and Orlando. We will be back and we'll stay in this wonderful house again.

Beautiful home, we had a great stay. Pool was clean and warm as was the hot tub. The home was clean, beds comfortable and bathrooms clean. The hosts were friendly and available, answered any questions. Check in was easy. Definitely would stay again!!
