This apartment has a parking space (Autosilos) is in a residence with swimming pool, small gym, table tennis, reading room. (Residence well cleaned, in excellent state of maintenance even if from 1985. Minimalist furnishings, exclusively for this reason, the cost is less than half, but much less, than required in that area (4 km from Montecarlo).
