Paradise!

Lovely old property in the heart of a beautiful village. Difficult access from train - bus timetables would be really helpful. Limited amenities in the village - there is a small epicerie in the bar but we didn’t discover that until our final day 😆 Would recommend to anyone wanting a holiday in the beautiful Côte d’Azur but away from the bustle of the beach.

Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis avec gentillesse et compétence par un contact local.L'appartement est très bien équipé et pratique. Il est propre. Il y a de quoi ranger ses affaires. La terrasse permet de manger dehors et d'avoir une vue sur la mer, le cap Martin et l'église.Le village est pittoresque, les façades des maisons sont charmantes. La visite du château vaut le détour.

Belles vacances

Maison agréable : bien équipée, spacieuse et propre. En revanche quelques bémols à noter : grosse tâche de moisissure dans le bureau, l’odeur est plus que désagréable. De plus, la maison est sur 3 étages dont un escalier très raide pour monter à la porte d’entrée puis deux autres escaliers dans la maison. Il est donc très difficile de manger sur la terrasse car elle se situe au dernier étage. Enfin, il fait très chaud l’été dans le salon et surtout dans la chambre du haut..et il n’y a pas de ventilateur. Concernant le village : très charmant et vue à couper le souffle. Attention comme précisé dans l’annonce, il y a beaucoup de marches et impossible de se garer près de la maison. Par ailleurs, les places autour du village sont payantes. Enfin, les plages sont superbes et agréables mais il faut prendre la voiture et payer le parking car à pied cela représente 52 étages d’escaliers à descendre puis monter sous la chaleur !!

Dorfleben hoch über dem Meer

Wir haben traumhafte Ferien in diesem stilvollen, authentisch, wie top ausgestatteten Stadthaus erlebt. Allerdings war die Außen- wie Innentemperatur sehr hoch. In diesen Zeiten hätten wir gerne zu einem Ventilator gegriffen, der uns etwas Erleichterung verschafft hätte. Man sollte gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein. Das Auto darf außerhalb des alten Stadtkerns geparkt werden. Das Haus wird per perdes über kleine Gassen erreicht. Das ist klasse, denn dieser kleine Walk hält einen fit. Wir kommen wieder! Maison impeccable et très bien équipée dans un village perché authentique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’une semaine. Seul bémol : la cloche du village qui sonne toutes les heures . Mais ça ne doit pas retirer l’extrême charme de l’ensemble. Nous recommandons.

Une location pleine de charme

Très belle location située au beau milieu d'une cité médiéval. Un accueil très agréable et chaleureux,la personne présente sur place (Mme Ferrari)est vraiment très gentille et serviable (idem pour le propriétaire qui reste disponible si besoin) Concernant l'habitation nous avons passé 15 jours fabuleux,la terrasse offre une vue exceptionnelle et l'environnement est spacieux et propre. Info IMPORTANTE : Ne pas prendre à la légère le descriptif de l'annonce concernant les bagages car effectivement beaucoup de marches et de distances pour attendre la location. En ce qui concerne la région c'est tout simplement magnifique entre Menton/Monaco/Nice/Sospel etc... il y a de quoi être occupé tous les jours. Je recommande chaleureusement cette location.

Très beau village, être en forme pour conquérir les marches du village et de la maison à 3 étages, qui est très bien équipée. La terrasse avec vue sur le cap martin est sympathique. Beaucoup de monde, c'est la cote d'azur !!

On est vraiment à la maison. On s’y sent bien et on est bien à l’aise. L’accueil par l’agent, Mme Ferrari, a été très chaleureux et agréable. Merci beaucoup à elle. Bel intérieur et beau village. sehr schön gelegen in Mitte der Altstadt

süß und liebevoll, einfach und klar eingerichtet jedoch ab über 30 Grad celsius zu heiß zum schlafen ... kein Durchzug möglich ... kein Ventilator der ein bisschen für Austausch sorgt... wir haben nachts gelitten ... und ganz wichtig!!! leider sehr miserables W-lan ... geht nur auf dem Balkon einigermaßen... wenn das noch wäre ... volle Punktzahl... man denkt zwar brauch man nicht aber brauch man doch ....

Fantastiskt hus. Vi borde varit 40 år i st f 70 +. Trapporna var lite jobbiga. Inte bara i huset utan i hela byn och en av oss var tillfälligt beroende av käpp. Men det var värt allt besvär när man väl tagit sig upp på terrassen. Vackert kök. Bra sovrum. Underbar by med ett jättebra kafé, en strålande liten matbutik och två bra restauranger.

Beautiful village!

Loved staying here and we were spoilt for choice with restaurants and bars within walking distance. A very friendly village with plenty of historical places to explore on your doorstep. It's a bit of a quirky set up so be ready to climb (lots of) stairs and if you can, travel light. The wifi needs sorting and absolutely needs a fan on the top floor in the summer months! The owner and house-keeper were very responsive. Overall definitely recommend.

Charming home with a lovely view

Jean was helpful in accommodating our group of 4 (2 couples) with very little notice. The home is located in a charming village overlooking the sea where you can appreciate the quiet. The kitchen is set up perfectly for preparing meals which we enjoyed as much inside as on the terrace! The space is also set up to facilitate everyone's privacy. The minor set-backs were the weak and inconsistent wifi connection (which could be a benefit for some!) and difficulties communicating with the building manager for checking in and out. Overall, we had an amazing stay and hope one day to return!

Nice and tidy home in center of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin All the comfort you need for your stay are there. Also a big and sunny roof deck. Great support from owner and local representative. Hope to come back again!
