The house is a stone farmhouse, fully renovated, it used to be an old farmhouse
There are still water troughs in the front garden in front of the house
It’s very well insulated; the walls are very thick (80 cms) and act as natural air conditioning, on hot days; the windows and floor-to-ceiling windows are made of triple-glazed anthracite-gray aluminium, ensuring cosy comfort during the winter

The green room (25 m²) features two 140 double beds and a small TV lounge,
A shower room, a bathroom with a claw-foot bathtub, and a separate toilet complete the amenities

A beautiful 5x5 heated pool, with a flat bottom 1.50 metres deep, surrounded by a terrace overlooking the landscaped grounds
On the second terrace, there are 2 large tables for lunch and dinner, and a charcoal grill completes the dining area
To relax, several sets of patio furniture and lounge chairs are available in the shade of the trees
Numerous palm and cypress trees, a massive, ancient chestnut tree that watches over the house, and of course the blue ash trees
The grounds are fully enclosed with no neighbors in sight, at the far end of the grounds, you can see a vast field with cows and oxen
Lots of birds and, above all, plenty of peace and serenity—a little corner of paradise

The house is decorated with numerous paintings by the famous artist from La Sable, Émilienne Lasseigne
Ample space to park several cars
Nearby, is the village of Ferrieres d’Aunis (2 kilometres away), where you’ll find a shopping centre with a supermarket, petrol station, bakery, pastry shop, several restaurants, a McDonald’s, and a pizzeria offering takeaway or dine-in options
. There’s also a home improvement store, Gamm Vert, and a covered farmers’ market (local producers)

Three kilometres away is the charming little village of Courçon, which is easily accessible by bike
The market is held on the church square on Wednesday and Sunday mornings; there are many cafés and restaurants, a pharmacy, and doctors
Also 3 kilometres away is the village of Saint-Jean-de-Liversay, which also has a pharmacy, doctors, a small supermarket,a bakery, and restaurants

The house is in the countryside, but there are still a few neighbors
Evenings must be quiet and respectful of the neighbors, especially after 10 p.m.
