Family Vacation

Beautiful Villa with a pool and hot tub steps away. The resort is amazing and close to the beach. Would book again only if they fixed the air conditioning in the unit. The small portable air conditioner is not big enough to keep the living area cool.

The location and unit was great. I knew I was getting a reduced rate because the central air conditioner was broken, but free standing air-co units were being provided to ensure comfort. They were able to keep up in the bedrooms, but not the main kitchen/living area. The one thing that was not clearly communicated was the loudness of the units. They were too loud to run during the evening in the bedrooms, resulting in very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. I would only rent this if the lows were going to be in the 60's.

The place was amazing and clean. Beds were very comfortable. We had 8 people, 5 adults and 3 teenagers, and slept very comfortably with plenty of room. The house has pretty much everything you need, including chairs available to take down to the beach. The location was great. Close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and a food truck area with great options.

The property was beautiful and the staff was very attentive. Really liked the private pool for just our condo pod. Much less busy than the larger resort pools, although those were nice to have as well.

Perfect for families!

This property was one of the nicest condo/townhomes we’ve ever rented. It was immaculate upon check-in. It has newly been remodeled or constructed and everything was state of the art with clean lines, top appliances, modern fixtures, plush towels, well designed. What we loved most about our stay here was the privacy of being in the Luana Gardens and having our own separate pool/hot tub, but also the amenities of the Honua Kai resort (used the workout center, lap swimming in the morning, beach, great boardwalk for running, Duke‘s restaurant, convenience stores in the resort). I also appreciate that this property was stocked with shampoo ,conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwashing liquid. It was nice to not have to buy those things. We had a few small maintenance issues that came up (a Setting with the TV, back door lock issue), and property management was immediately responsive and took care of both issues, with very friendly replies and workers that came to the place. A top notch experience! Would definitely come again.

I shared w/property mgmt they need adults only pool window in villas from day 8pm to 10pm

Frustration over lack of toilet paper soap in all bathrooms seemed foolish kitchen barely had enough paper towels and no tea towels till we complained. Once told the mgmt brought over the shorted items

This was a beautiful villa with lots of modern amenities and awesome property facilities. Our large family had a wonderful time! The beach is a short walk away and directly connected to the property. Highly recommend the Honua Kai

Can't wait to go back!

The property was beautiful! The villa was perfect for our family. We have nothing but great things to say about the design and attention to detail. From the slow closing cabinets to the appliances, everything was great!! Everyone had their own space within the unit and we spent many hours enjoying each other out on the lanai. We couldn't have had a better view of the pool from the unit. It would be hard to stay at another property when go back!
