BRAND NEW KITCHEN- Welcome to Island Time. Featuring four bedrooms, two bath, private pool home in Cocoa Beach Fl. Located a short walk to the beach- access is at the "I Dream of Jeannie" park. On your walk to or from the beach there is a yummy ice cream shop- stop in and enjoy their ice cream! This spacious home features 2 living rooms great for adult time from kids. This home has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The heated pool (83 degrees) makes swimming year round a pleasure (not heated during the summer). The theme of this home is back to the simple life where family vacation memories last forever. When you have had your fill of the pool and beach there is river access 1/2block from the house. Additional places within a short walking distance . Denny's Thai Thai, JP sports Bar. 2 min drive downtown historic downtown Cocoa Beach-surf shops, coffee houses, spas and more.

Apologies for the kitchen photos- we are getting professional ones done soon but wanted to inform guests that the kitchen was remodeled with the addition of a new stove.
