Decks at the front and back to follow the sun all day, great indoor outdoor flow with conservatory and BBQ area on front deck.

Spectacular views of Sandspit and Kawau Island. Great beaches and lovely walks. Ten mins to Warkworth and craft markets, cinema, shops, supermarket and local produced food farmers markets in Matakana.

Sky television. Unlimited WIFI. Google Chrome which allows you to use your Netflix account for further viewing.

All linen is supplied including soaps.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The place was spotless, comfortable and exactly as described. The location was perfect, peaceful, convenient and ideal for a relaxing break. Fiona the host was amazing and the added gesture of giving us a welcome gift basket added a little extra touch. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a great getaway.

A well appointed house with very pretty views across to Kawau. Great social space, with outdoor seating as well as good indoor seating. Two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms makes it perfect for groups.

Prime Location with sea views

Comfortable house with amazing views towards Kawau Island. Plenty of room .Close to boatramp and Plenty of offstreet parking. Algies bay is a hidden gem.

Easter Break

This property was great for our family break which included my husband and I, our two sons and three grandchildren aged between 6 and 10yrs. The living space upstairs provided lots of space for all of us to spread out and the kitchen is well appointed. Would definitely book again.

Loved it!

Such a great place! It was lovely being so close to the beach, and the house itself was great; having multiple ‘living spaces’ was awesome for our bigger group. We also appreciated that even though the house itself is slightly older, it’s still fitted with everything you need when it comes to kitchen appliances, wifi, aircon, etc. Overall we had a great stay and can’t wait to come back!

Unfortunately the fourth advertised bedroom wasn’t To the same standard as the others. No hairdryer provided. Polyester sheets and duvet inners made for very hot sleeping conditions unfortunately.

A house that works really well, is comfortable and in a quiet area

This house will not disappoint. We had everything we needed to accommodate a large group of adults and a one-year-old. The beds were super comfy; we had a lovely neighbourhood to walk around, and the beach was close, with a pleasant walk along the edge. This is country with style. Relatively close to other villages. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
